Perched above the garage, the carriage house is a private retreat ideal for couples or extra guests. With its own entrance via an exterior staircase, it combines comfort and style with vaulted ceilings, coastal decor, and modern amenities. Featuring a king-size bed, cozy living room, full kitchen, and private bathroom, it’s a perfect complement to Magnolia Cottage.
Ride one of the included beach bikes and enjoy the nearby Coquina Pool, beach access, or town center filled with restaurants and shops.
