Location, Location, Location. Right on the Beach

You will enjoy having the Gulf in your backyard! No elevators to deal with a few steps and you are ON THE BEACH! This is my little piece of paradise and it can be yours too during your visit. This unit has been gutted and completely remodeled including the duct work. The A/C unit is equipment with a mechanism that completely disinfects the air as it passes through. It is furnished with upscale appliances, furniture, mattresses, utensils etc.
The location is less than a mile from Pier Park. You can literally walk to entertainment, restaurants and shopping.

This was a great unit very clean, updated, and everything worked in the room as it should!!! Our only negative feedback not giving 5 stars is the camera that is on the balcony right corner. Whether or not this camera was actually watching us the whole time, it was very uncomfortable to sit on the balcony with that camera pointing at us. Not knowing if somebody's watching us or if it's looking through the glass doors into the unit. If you're sitting on the couch or laying on the living room bed with the curtains open to view the ocean, you can't help but feel like the cameras watching you. Again it may not be, but it is just the feeling of it is very uncomfortable. Because of this we actually kept the curtains closed a lot of the time.

The condo was very nice and clean. The location is great and access to the beach is so easy and fast. Great views from the balcony. Communication with Katherine couldn’t have been any better. We would love to come back and stay again.

Great location!

Everything was as described for this unit. We loved the convenience of being in a smaller property and on the 2nd floor. Beach access was steps away! The unit is bright and clean with new finishes! We will be back! The property owner was responsive and easy to work with.

Wonderfull place to stay !

We absolutely loved our stay!! The space was spotless, beautiful maintained, so close to the beach and restaurants! 🤩I highly recommend this home and Katherine our host! She was very responsive, friendly and kind.We definitely hope to be back soon

On the beach

My husband and I spent a relaxing week. Extremely clean, well appointed condo right on the beach. Easy access to beach. Balcony was great for lounging and people watching. Anything you need within couple blocks. The bed was extremely comfortable. Would recommend this condo, it doesn’t disappoint.

Perfect condo!!

This host has done the perfect remodel on this unit and thought of everything you’d ever need! The bed was so comfortable as was the living room furniture. The deck chairs were amazing and OMG, the view and the sound of the ocean. All appliances are new. Lots of extras provided like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plush towels. The shower is wonderful…roomy and shower head tall enough for my 6’6” husband, plus excellent water pressure. This condo will definitely be our pick every time we are in the area. Another plus was excellent communication with the host.

Great property

This property was wonderful! Newly renovated and very clean. The air conditioner worked great to keep everything cool, and the dehumidifiers help the air quality and cut down on any humidity. The beach is just steps away and not too crowded. It was an easy walk to pier Park for entertainment or eating out, but there were also some small local restaurants at were great as well. Will definitely stay here!
