Let It Be - 3BR/3BA 30A Home - Sleeps 12 - Deeded Beach Access - Golf Cart

  • Let It Be is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home for up to 12 guests in Tranquil Shores, a neighborhood of just six homes on the north side of Scenic Highway 30A. It sits directly across from the neighborhood's shared pool, the deeded beach access is about a 2-minute walk away, and a 6-seat gas golf cart is included.

    The open living and dining area has a fireplace and a dining table for eight, and the kitchen has counter seating for three, stone countertops, a built-in coffee maker and a standard coffee maker. Upstairs porches offer partial views of the Gulf of Mexico.

    The Primary Bedroom, on the second floor, has a king bed with a twin trundle, a TV, a wine and beverage cooler, balcony access and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Also upstairs, the third bedroom has two queen beds, a TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The first-floor king bedroom has a king bed with a twin trundle, a TV and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination that has a private entrance from the bedroom and a second entrance from the living area. A queen sleeper sofa adds more sleeping space.

    Outside, the screened porch has two swinging daybeds. The backyard has a fire pit with plenty of seating, a hammock, a gas grill and a cornhole area, with lighting for evenings outdoors. There's also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

    ABOUT TRANQUIL SHORES
    - Small neighborhood of six homes
    - Shared neighborhood pool directly across from the home
    - Deeded beach access about a 2-minute walk away

    BEACH ACCESS
    The deeded beach access is across the street at Tranquility on the Beach, about a 2-minute walk. A public beach access is about a 4-minute walk to the west.

    LOCATION
    Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach are nearby to the east, and The Hub and Seaside are to the west.

    TRANSPORTATION
    A 6-seat gas golf cart is provided with the rental.

Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic stay! The house was very clean and the perfect size for our group ( 6 adults, 1 toddler). The location and amenities made it ideal. It was convenient to everything (pool, beach, food) which is so important with a little one. We rented bikes and rode into the various towns on multiple occasions for coffee, dinner, parks ect. Highly recommend!

Great time!

The house was beautiful, well equpped and easily accessible to the pool and beach. We had a few issues with the door and the bikes but the Coastal dreamin staff was quick to attend to our concerns and fixed the problems immediately. We were very pleased with the home and would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for a great experience!

The Perfect Getaway

Everything about this house and location surpassed expectation! This house was booked for my sister's bachelorette party and it was seriously the cutest! We had 8 girls in total and were entirely comfortable during our stay. The beach access was perfect and pretty secluded (which we love)! We were close enough to all the great restaurants and charming shops without being in all the hustle and bustle (which we also love)! This was our groups first time in the area and I could not imagine a more perfect trip than the one we experienced at Let It Be! I would 100% stay here again and cannot recommend it enough!

Just what we needed

Let it Be was just what we needed. Located right across the street from the beach in 30a made it convenient to visit each day and the place was nicely decorated with thoughtful touches to make it feel like home. Master bathroom and upstairs wrap around porch were the best. Beds were comfortable. Only small thing we missed was batteries in some of the remote controls. Overall would return again. Great spot!

Wonderful vacation

We enjoyed our stay at “Let It Be”. It was spacious and the furniture was very comfortable. The screened in porch was so welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and appliances. The proximity to the beach was super convenient. One important detail about this property's beach access is the amount of stairs needed to get to the beach. This would be a real issue for anyone not able to do a large amount of stairs. We used three of the bikes and they rode fine. They weren't all usable, but the latest property description said they couldn't be guaranteed. Thank you Coastal Dreams for providing quick and considerate response to our communication.

We were really looking forward to stay BUT….Place was very cute and lots of charm hit had multiple problems with home. First we noticed that the dishwasher top rack was broken and couldn’t be pulled out fully without falling down. Microwave lights did not work at all. Water leak under sink which looked like had been there a little while as well pans to cook in either had leftover grease in them or the no stick covering was all scraped off on quite a few pans. Construction at end of the street woke us up just about every morning at 8am. On the third night the AC broke and was fixed by noon the next day. And last but not least construction crews running new cables around house broke gas line to home. I would have thought that the construction would have been communicated to us beforehand since they would have known this information. Home is cute and would have been fun to stay but all of these items made our stay not a great vacation.

I’ll start with the best parts: Our 7 day stay at Let it Be was amazing. The property is just as beautiful as the listing & very clean! Showers were great, plenty of hot water, beds are very comfortable & there were plenty of linens/ necessities for the week including tp, paper towels, laundry & dish detergent. Outdoor areas were so cute & relaxing. The close proximity to the beach access & biking to nearby Alys & Rosemary was great! The pool looked nice, we just never used it, bc, well, ocean! Things to consider: make sure you are sure before you book; the property owners use a commercial rental company & they can’t work with you on flexing dates if something comes up; understandable and not their fault/ problem, just worth noting. The breaker trips for the dishwasher /garbage disposal, but easy fix if you know where the breaker box is (by washer/dryer behind hanging Art), smoke detector goes off at even the slightest bit of cooking on the stove. If you use the hood fan, it drastically helps. Golf cart is nice but we didn’t use it; anywhere toward Seacrest/Alys/Rosemary, they aren’t allowed…you can ride it to the Big Chill and Watersound/ Seagrove areas. Bikes would be nice. There’s only one, so we had to rent. Only truly disappointing thing was very minimal & worn beach equipment. We drove 12.5 hrs and didn’t have room to bring any. No umbrella, and 3 usable but old, rusty, worn chairs. There are 2 paddle boards which are nice if you use them. Overall great stay!!

Good Location and House, Decent Upkeep

The location was great for beach access and just a short trip. We enjoyed porch immensely. The main disappointment with the house was the upkeep, amenities, and expectations from us. The letter from management stated that we were responsible for sweeping and returning the house to its original state even though we pay for cleaning. When we arrived there was trash under the beds and couches and cobwebs in the corners on the ceiling. The toilet paper was thinner than anything I've ever seen before and it was rationed, so any prospective renters should prepare to bring their own. We still enjoyed the stay a lot, but were disappointed in the presentation and amenities, given the cost of the stay.

Absolutely loved it!

This charming beach bungalow was big enough for our large family with plenty of sleeping options but all the coziness of home. I loved the work they did on the remodel and the decor had me studying all the thoughtful touches throughout. Time, expense, and care has gone into every corner of this house, and the hop across the street to the beach was easy, and a gorgeous beach was waiting for us. Perfect option for a big group that is high style without being crazy expensive.

Very Nice Stay

This is a nice and clean place to stay. It is very close to the beach, just a short walk across the street. You do have to walk down a few flights of stairs, but so does everyone else staying on this section of the beach. What was really nice, was on a Saturday, July 24th, there was hardly anyone on the beach.

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay at Let It Be. The house was well stocked and beautiful. It was the perfect size for our family and the beds were comfy. We did have a few minor issues - the kitchen sink was backed up when we arrived and it took about 24 hours for it to be fixed. It was inconvenient but the repair guy was super friendly. The outdoor space was beautiful but the furniture was dirty so didn’t use it. Finally, loved the proximity to the beach but - those stairs! As others have mentioned it should be listed in the description for those that might have mobility issues. Overall, a great stay and we would rent this property again.

Great place!

The house was wonderful - cozy, yet spacious. The outdoor spaces were fantastic - from the screened-in porch with bed swings to the firepit to the second floor deck. The pictures don't do the space justice with how cute it is! Easy bike ride to Rosemary Beach and beyond. My only negative would be that there was no mention of the stairs to the beach. For my party, it was not a problem, but mentioning somewhere in the description of the property the 50+ stairs to the beach would be helpful, especially for families who may have people with limited mobility or have difficulty taking numerous stairs.

Great time

We had a great time! The house was adorable. The back yard and screened porch with the hanging beds were dreamy! We had such a wonderful time. The location from the beach was close but those steps! Whew!!!! I would highly recommend this place !!

Best Vacation Ever!

Let It Be was the most amazing beach house! This comfortable home has the most amazing decor...pampers you in beach luxury!! The upstairs deck & outside living areas gave plenty of outdoor relaxing areas for our big group. The location could not have been better! If you like to visit the popular spots in Seaside & Rosemary beach but don’t want to stay in a congested area...this is heaven. It’s private & convenient to the white sands of the beach & so many great restaurants & entertainment. We are considering booking again next summer—for a longer stay 🏖❤️🌤 The property management is exceptional—all questions answered in minutes. The unit came with bikes but they weren’t at the home when we arrived. After a quick e-mail they arrived in a few hours! Thanks for an amazing vacation!!!!!
