  • The Palms offers breathtaking ocean views and just steps to the beach! It is located BEACHSIDE with deeded beach access and just one house back from the water. Only 20 steps and your toes are in the white sugar sand of the Gulf of Mexico. Private beach access with no stairs!

    You will surely enjoy your time at The Palms, many have! This year we added to the fun, with a new private pool. The pool is for the guests of The Palms only. Bring your family and friends and take a dip in the new "private" heated/cooled salt water pool. Relax on the deck with family and friends and watch the dolphins, ocean white caps and the spectacular sunsets. Have fun in the rec area, which features a Ping-Pong table, large 65 inch TV and board games.

    This home has been totally remodeled inside and out. Including all new furniture, flooring, new HD Smart televisions, bedding/linens and décor. The top floor of this home has an open concept kitchen, living and dining room. The dining area includes seating for eight (8) and a breakfast bar that seat five (5).

    Boasting en-suite bedrooms, The Palms sleeps 8-10 people with three King master suites and a bunkroom. Walk out the master bedroom to a full-length upper deck and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. The master bathroom has double sinks, separate shower and a jetted tub. The bunkroom has full size beds and a full size sleeper sofa. If baby comes along, this home is furnished with a pack and play and high chair.

    You will enjoy the convenient location of Inlet Beach without the crowded beaches. Located nearby are restaurants, shopping, biking, fishing, paddle boarding. This house is just minutes from Rosemary Beach and Camp Helen State Park and a 15 minute drive to Pier Park shopping and entertainment hub.

Mother’s Day stay

Good location for the beach and local restaurants. We could walk to most places in Rosemary and Alys Beaches. This is a very pretty home with a nice pool. 3 king bedrooms worked out great for our 3 couples.

The Perfect Family Vacation Home

We had such a wonderful time at The Palms. The property was better than expected. We were so impressed at check-in with the ocean views and the cleanliness of the home. We were very comfortable with a bathroom in each bedroom and the ample living areas. The high quality bbq was a plus as well, and the ease of the beach access coupled with the pool makes this property unbeatable. We cannot wait to return.

Great week

House was great for family with teenagers and also a 3 yo. Only steps from the beach and private pool can't be beat. A couple of issues occurred during our stay and property manager Andrew addressed them quickly and successfully. Recommend without reservation!!

Perfect spot in Inlet Beach

Great house with a beautiful pool and just steps to a private, flat beach (no long steps up and over dunes). House has a great deck with gulf views and is well appointed. Close to all the great neighborhoods and shops at the east end of 30A, but set aside from the traffic and crowds. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. All-in-all a great week!

Perfect!!

We so enjoyed this beautiful beach house. So close to the ocean and it had everything anyone would need. Owner was very responsive to questions. We didn’t use the beautiful pool as it had started cooling off . We enjoyed the ocean, nearby great restaurants, shopping and most of all quality time together. Highly recommend!

The PERFECT Beach House

What a perfect beach house! The best location, close enough to bike to Rosemary without being in the craziness. Beach access is just across a small driveway and it was so easy to go back and forth to the house...makes it so easy with kids and didn't have all the bags and coolers lugged out to the beach. The pool was the perfect size with plenty of shade and sun. It has a shallow end which is great for kids still getting used to the water and keeps parents stress free. The garage is an added bonus with ping pong and is fully air conditioned with a TV. The guys were in heaven!! Each bedroom has a king size mattress. That did make some of the rooms tight but honestly our group rarely is in the rooms and when we are, we prefer the larger beds. NOT shown in the pictures are the newly renovated bathrooms in guest rooms downstairs. The master is still older but VERY clean and great space. The house has beautiful view of the ocean and you can see it all the way into the kitchen. It truly is such a cozy home and was perfect for our group. We have been traveling to 30a for 8 years now and have stayed in larger / smaller homes and right in Rosemary. This home beats all those experience by far because of location and quiet access on the beach. It was so nice not to have to fight for beach space and be crammed into a limited space because umbrella companies just take over all of 30a now! We cannot wait to come back and next time for LONGER!

Ideal rental home for family of 8 ages 2-91 yrs old! We could clearly see beauty of beach and ocean from the deck. Love the pool too! Huge bonus to walk only 5-6 minutes max to our chairs set up by beach chair company (no carrying own chairs down). Had lots of toys and slow moving ages of people. So for young people the walk is prob a run and only 2-3 minutes 🤣. Clean, everything (except Keurig) in working order. Do bring your own beach towels. Love the property- would def stay there again! Oh the sunsets !Love ping pong and extra fridge in the garage space!

Booked this trip last minute and love the house so much we cancelled our usual condo for summer to stay here again! Having your own house and private pool is 100% worth it. The house is extremely clean and plenty of room for our family. The kids love the ping pong table as well. If I had to list a con, it would be the palm trees in the back really obstruct the view but that’s literally the only downside we’ve experienced. Walking to the beach is so quick and easy. Way better than boardwalks at condos. Will absolutely be staying here moving forward.

We had the most amazing time at this beach house and Inlet beach! Location is perfect, the beach is beautiful and private. Not many people were on the beach in the area we sat at. The house was gorgeous and spotless which was very nice. This house is perfect for a family trip if you’re looking for something spacious and near the water! Definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect family vacation!

We have been coming to the gulf coast for the past 10 years and this is by far the nicest, cleanest place we have stayed! Every little detail has been thoroughly thought out to make our stay one of the most memorable trips of a lifetime! This place has everything a beach vacation needs. Absolutely wonderful and the owners were a pleasure to deal with!

Great location. Loved the short walk to the beach. Great pool. Downstairs bedrooms were a bit small. Ice maker and refrigerator shelf was broken but Drew delivered ice so that helped a lot! Great communication about any issues. Overall, loved our stay.
