An open dining and living room concept immediately follow, with comfortable seating for all guests and a relaxing sofa and armchair set after a long day at the beach and pool. High Pointe 224 is close to multiple attractions for you and your family to enjoy. In addition to a range of activities within the resort—including tennis courts, shuffleboard, and pickleball courts—nearby 30-Angler, less than two miles down the road, offers access to several reefs located throughout the Gulf of Mexico. There are tons of activities for any age, including hiking, kayaking, swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, historical tours, and live concerts.
Guests must be above the age of 25, or must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are not welcome to accompany their families at this home, events are not allowed and it is a strictly non smoking property.

Important Notice: Upcoming Renovations
Please be advised that the High Pointe Complex will undergo balcony deck coating and window replacements as part of a renovation project. The complex wide work is scheduled through May 2025. While we aim to minimize any inconvenience, there may be some construction noise and temporary closures of the balcony during these periods.
