    The Space:

    Located on the west end of panama city beach enjoy the true beach lovers experience. Less crowds on the beaches, no high rises so very little traffic, yet only a 10 minute drive from 30A, Pier Park, and the multitude of restaurants, bars, and shops! True beachfront with the beach just a few steps away, enjoy your coffee on the private balcony or a cocktail at sunset soaking in the view. This spacious updated unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need whatever your dining style. The development offers numerous outside dining areas near the pool, kiddie pool, hot tub or BBQ hut all beachside! It has been dubbed 'Best backyard on the Beach' for a reason!



    What's nearby

    This condo sits in an ideal location to truly experience all that Panama City Beach has to offer. For a bit of shopping and beach activities, head up to Pier Park, the central hub of the area. If you want a bit of peace and quiet, head the opposite direction to Camp Helen State Park and meander along the trails that overlook the inlet and gulf. Carillon Beach is an adorable spot away from the crowds as well with local restaurants and places to rent paddleboards for the day. If you don't feel like eating in, Sunnyside Grill is steps from the complex offering a wide array of American cuisine in a friendly environment.

This property is in the perfect location on the beach, amazing view, great pool, and great grilling space. Far far far superior to the nearby hotel we used to stay with. Perfect size for a family of four, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with, and having laundry in the room was amazing, Loved it!

Excellent Fall Break spot

Condo unit was super clean, easily accessible from parking lot, beautiful views from balcony, super close to shops & restaurants & Publix is 5 mins away! We had a great time and beautiful weather.

Great condo on the quiet side of PCB

Our family of four enjoyed this condo on the quiet side of PCB! It was exactly as described. Very clean! Easy access to the beach! Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. We would stay here again!
