This one bedroom, one bathroom hideaway sleeps up to six and features a comfy queen bed in the master bedroom, fun, built-in bunks in the hallway plus a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium remains popular with beach lovers thanks to its huge private beach the area's largest and family-friendliest amenities. When you're not body surfing in the waves or speeding along on a waverunner, you can splash with the kids in the "Splash Zone" relax in the beachfront pool and hot tubs, grab a cool, tropical drink at the beachfront bar and grill and finish the day with an ice cream or pizza from the Corner Market!

Paradise

Very beautiful condo! Great location to everything. The balcony was wonderful to watch sunrise and listen to the ocean. Came with a couple rolls of tp, roll of paper towels, dishwashing/laundry packs, and hotel toiletries. We brought extras of everything from home to last us for our time here. Tiki bar, pool, hot tub were awesome. They have someone making snow cones near the pool for the kids. Felt safe there. No rif raff or noise. Theres a broom to help clean up any sand that may get in. Walmart 4 min drive. I noticed the cubby had extra boogie boards and sand toys to borrow from families that left things behind. So we borrowed and returned these items when we we were done. It saved us money. We are laid back people and were blessed to be there. We will stay again if we can!

Perfect Vacation!

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and looked just like the pics. We loved the pool and the beach... the weather was amazing. :) Great location, too, as it was a little bit away from all the craziness of PCB! We loved it and would definitely come back. No issues! Thank you!

Not what we expected

After reading the reviews, we were disappointed to find the condition of the condo. Starting with the TV's, neither was operating, bathroom had a nasty looking seat that appeared to be worn out and toilet that continuously ran after being flushed. master bed was very uncomfortable. Did not get the tv situation resolved until after 2 days in our visit, after calling on the 1st day. As the title states "Not What We Expected"

Great stay, great view!

We had a great time for our anniversary trip! Beautiful views. The only reason I didn't make the rating 5 star is because the size of the bed is incorrectly advertised. It's listed as queen, but it is most definitely a full and is pretty small. We were more comfortable sitting on the couch than laying in the bed as it was not comfortable at all. However, we loved absolutely everything else about the place.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time and the condo was very nice. There was an odor that seemed to be coming from the owners closet across from the bunk beds....not extremely bad but someone may need to look into it. Even with that we still thought it was a great place. Thank you!!!

Bachelorette party of 4!

Nothing negative to say about this property or our stay! The employees were so sweet. The security guard brought out Popsicles to the pool for all the kids! Very clean! Our favorite place to stay now!

Excellent place for vacation.

We had fun and good place for vacation, the cleaning could be better and we recommend the management leave filters for coffee because we bought it and we did not use all package.

Beautiful view

Everything was perfect. I wish I could wake up to that Gulf view everyday. I like that security was adamant about checking our tag and car hanger every time we came back to the property. I also liked the private entrance/access to the beach. The only thing was the cable in the bedroom only had one channel but who goes to Panama City Beach for tv? My family and I enjoyed ourselves. 10/10

Spring Break Stay

We enjoyed the pool and being right on the beach. Great location. The property itself could have been cleaner...dishes, floor. Remotes needed batteries and lightbulbs were missing. We were told those were supposed to have been done before we got there, but that’s all the help we got with those issues. We bought batteries and moved light bulbs around to lamps we needed them in. Otherwise a good stay for our family for short spring break trip!

We had an amazing time and our condo was beautiful only thing we had a problem with was the air conditioning and it took a whole day to get it fixed! But other then that everything was great!

Nice but needs work

The property was nice, but needed a few updates. One of the lamps in the bedroom didn’t have a light bulb and both shades don’t fit properly. Upon arrival, 2/3 lights in the bathroom were blown out. This condo has everything you need, just at the bare minimum. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The pool at the condo location is not heated, but there are 2 hot tubs and a kid splash zone.

Perfect vacation!

We loved everything about this property. The condo was perfect for our family. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The pool was so nice! Never had to wait on elevators. We will never stay anywhere but here again. We can’t wait to go back!! I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Family get away

The place was great for our family get away. We loved it, it was nice ad clean. Location is a plus everything is close so you don't have to go a long ways to get things. One thing was we didn't have batteries for the remotes for any TV. That was our only complaint other then that we will definitely be back.

Beautiful Views

I booked this condo the day before we were to arrive, as it was an unexpected, last minute trip. Check in was super easy, and the front desk staff at the welcome center were extremely nice and helpful. The view from the condo, on the balcony, was breathtaking! However, we had a few issues that should be addressed. There was a tile loose, and cracked, in the small hallway separating the kitchen and bedroom, and the door to the shelf under the armoire, in the bedroom, fell off as soon as I opened it to place some belongings inside. I called the front desk staff, and they sent someone to look at both, the next day. They removed the door from the armoire, took it with them, and made a note about the loose tile. I also called the desk to let them know that there were no extra blankets in the condo, to accommodate the sleeper sofa. The response I received was "I could have housekeeping bring some, but they aren't here right now". The was very disappointing to me! Luckily, we packed blankets in the car, and made due. The countertops were dirty when we arrived, some of the dishes that were put away in the cabinets had dried food on them, and the shower curtain in the bathroom was stained with something red, resembling blood, but I can't be certain. Small things like that, I tend to notice. Most of the staff at he condo were polite and helpful, but there was a night security guard, that patrols the pool, that was extremely rude every time we had any kind of contact with him. They lock the gate from the pool, that gives you access to the beach, at certain hours, which I can understand, but was an inconvenience, especially if you want to walk down to the beach early in the morning, or late at night. There is another gate that was open, but the one locked was more convenient for us to use. The elevators worked well, and we rarely had to wait on them, despite 20+ floors, and parking was plentiful. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxing, unexpected vacation. The view from the balcony was definitely the highlight of the condo, and the other things I mentioned are just so whoever decides to rent it next, will have a heads up. I would definitely recommend the condo, once the changes I mentioned were made, especially the shower curtain, cleanliness in general, and the loose, cracked tile!
