The location and apartment was great. Our only complaint is the pool was closed or being worked on so we could not enjoy the pool for the duration of the stay and we should have been notified of this. we picked it for pool and beach

This place needs a deep cleaning and organization

Upon arrival, we found an empty water bottle laying on the floor no big deal. Well after eeveryone started putting their stuff away is when we found this place was not clean at all. There was pubic hair all over the toilet and other things splattered. Dishwasher had all dirty dishes not ran at all in them. The entire kitchen needs to be re-organized. Its gross. Everything is just thrown in the drawers. Rusted knifes. All the coffee cups on the counter were dirty. Fridge was really dirty. No one swept most likely didnt run a vacuum or mop. There was orthodontic rubber bands laying upstairs in the loft. used bandaid on floor. I called the office and emailed. Someone came with in 20 minutes to do basically a wipe down and clean up. But no one followed up with us the following day. This place also just recently sold we found out once we got there. I would not recommend staying here. I have stayed at many condos and you walk in smells clean and you shouldnt have to worry about a dirty condo this was just disgusting. We didnt use any dishes all week the kitchen was so gross. We went and bought throw away utensils and plates. Whats the point of a cleaning fee if you are not properly cleaning. They should be refunding that back becuase the cleaning was NEVER done.

Perfect for Families

The property is very clean and has every amenity you could want. The walk to the beach is easy and short. The pool area was clean and the chairs were new and comfortable. The maid forgot to leave our parking pass and the office staff delivered it to us! What wonderful customer service. The complex is quiet. It is perfect for a family getaway.
