The Space:
Portside Resorts in Panama City Beach provides the perfect atmosphere for a family vacation or peaceful getaway within walking distance to the beautiful, white sandy beaches. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets on the balcony, long walks on the quiet beach, or relax in the hot tub, 3 swimming pools (1 heated) with a waterfall. The resort offers access to the tennis courts, shuffle boards, club house and gym. Also take advantage of being minutes away from Pier Park's famous restaurants, shops and attractions.

This vacation oasis is spacious & equipped with a balcony facing gorgeous sunsets and a backyard/common area. The master bedroom has 1 Queen size bed and the guest bedroom has a Queen size bed. Downstairs has a couch in the living room and a queen size blow-up mattress as well.

- Parking permit ($40/vehicle)
Visitor parking available for 1 extra vehicle.
- ($1/person) Pool/Gym/Shuffleboard/Tennis Pass
- No Smoking Inside
- Pets NOT Allowed from 6/1 - 7/31 Without Prior Authorization.
- Must Be At Least 18 Years Old.

Guest access:
Rental of this unit provides full access to all the resort’s amenities.

Other things to note:
Portside Resort Guest Service is available from 9am-4pm Monday-Friday at the entrance to the resort.

By the time you arrive, you are required to purchase $40 parking permit and pool wristbands ($1/ person).
