Brand new listing! Sunbird is the perfect choice for your beachfront getaway. You’ll love the wall of windows with panoramic views of white sand and shimmering seas from the entire condo - main living area, bedroom and private balcony! Unlike most, this rare unit has a beachfront bedroom with balcony access, a king bed and stunning beach & sunset views.

- Prime location close to restaurants, bars, shopping, and TONS of family attractions. (next-door to famous Pineapple Willy’s with private gate access)
- Direct beach access, three beautiful swimming pools and a huge sun deck.
- Super convenient parking and SHORT elevator wait times. (check for yourself – parking and long elevator delays are big problems at some nearby properties)
- 24-hour guard gated security.
- Laundry facilities on the first floor.
- Breathtaking sunsets, endless gulf views, boats, and occasionally dolphins, manatee and fighter jet fly-bys all from your own private balcony.

*** PLEASE NOTE - All Sunbird guests are asked to purchase a parking pass ($30) and wristbands ($6) for each person over 12 years of age. Both are valid for your entire stay and may be purchased at the association office (Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm) or security gate (after hours) upon arrival. If the office is closed upon arrival, please purchase these items from the security guard… you must have cash and the correct change or they round up, if you purchase from the security guard.

We had a fantastic week-long vacation at this Panama City Beach condo and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The condo is right on the beach, and the breathtaking views of the Gulf were absolutely stunning. Waking up each day to the sound of the waves and endless ocean views made the trip truly relaxing and memorable.The host was excellent-very friendly and quick to respond to any questions, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront getaway.

I’ve always loved staying at Sunbird Condos for the location and beach access, but this particular unit was my least favorite experience. While it was surface-level clean, it definitely needed a deeper cleaning. There were dead bugs on the floor and the grout was heavily stained. The pictures also didn’t feel fully accurate, which was disappointing on arrival.There’s quite a bit of deferred maintenance: peeling ceiling paint, cracked caulking around fixtures, and overall wear that hasn’t been addressed. The furniture is oversized for the living space, making it awkward to move around the sofa, and the kitchen was poorly stocked with basic tools, which was frustrating since I cooked often during my stay.The view and location are still wonderful, but this unit could use some attention and updates compared to others I’ve stayed in here.

We thought this is one of the nicer units at the Sunbird. We stay there nearly every year. The property was clean, the view was amazing and the condo was as advertised. Bed was comfortable and the condo had what you needed for a day or 2. Tim was a great host and very attentive should you had a question. We will try to stay again. The weather was also beautiful and so was the water. Til next time, Thank you Tim for sharing your little piece of happy with us!

Our condo was exactly as described, very clean, and a perfect fit for our trip! Tim was a wonderful host- answering questions I had months in advance, up to the day we checked out. I’ve never had a host go above and beyond to communicate as well or as kindly as he did- I’ve shared that detail with many since our return home. We would absolutely return.

Clean condo and incredible views!

The condo was very clean and had basic items like soap and garbage bags to help us get comfortable and avoid going to the store immediately. The views are incredible and Tim was very accommodating and responsive. The resort is also very clean and staff are friendly. The elevators are also extremely fast and parking lot accessible. One negative was out of Tim’s control but worth mentioning is the spring break crowd. Our first day was unexpected as the beach was crowded with young people attracting a large police presence. We felt unsafe for a few hours as we overlooked from the balcony. Again, this is out of the condo’s control but felt it was worth mentioning. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a nice relaxing beach vacation with amazing views and a great host!

Magnificent view!

Loved having a view of the ocean from any place in the condo…We enjoyed the sound of the waves and gazing at the beautiful Gulf of America , whether on the deck or on the beach. Comfortable furniture and bed. Great location and close to places we wanted to visit. Would recommend this place.

Everything was very nice however not stocked with essentials as other vrbo rentals, drink splatters on lower wall in dinning area and no light on kitchen hood vent base boards could be cleaner, but all in all a very nice time.

Amazing Property

Our stay was perfect! The views were amazing as advertised and it’s a great location! Close to everything from restaurants to shopping, entertainment. We had it all within reach! The condo was well kept and had most things that we needed. If I have one suggestion it would be a few more staple items. For instance…spices like (more) salt and pepper, Lawry’s, maybe oil spray, Thanks to Tim for An amazing property.

Awesome Vacation Spot

This condo was exactly as pictured. It was the perfect size for 2 people. Having a sliding glass doors in the living and the bedroom made for a great breeze blowing through and hearing the waves at night was so relaxing. Highly recommended!

A Breath of Fresh Air

This unit was perfect for me. The host is the absolute best and was easy to contact and communicate with. I loved everything about the unit, the view was beautiful. This is my second time this year at Sunbird and I love this property.

The beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset!!!

We spent a wonderful week (despite the hurricane which just missed us to the east) in Tim’s wonderful condo located right on the beach! The condo is very clean and comfortable and well equipped with many items you would need for the perfect getaway! The panoramic view up and down the beach from not just the balcony but the numerous windows, allows you to enjoy both the gorgeous sunrise and sunset over the crystal clear ocean water and soft white sand beach!! It is also conveniently located just a short drive from many great restaurants, Walmart, shops and entertainment. The building and common areas are very well kept and the elevators are fast! Tim is a wonderful host and very easy to get ahold of for anything you might need. He checked in on us numerous times and stayed in contact with us throughout the span of unfortunate storm and hurricane and made sure not just his condo wasn’t being affected but that we were good! We will most definitely love to stay in his beautiful condo again in the future!! Thank you Tim!!!
