Our stay at Margo Lar was wonderful. The check in process was easy, property and unit were clean and communication with property owners was quick and easy. The views were breathtaking and decor impeccable. By far the best vacation and unit we have ever stayed in. We cannot wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at this special gem in Largo Mar! After arriving to welcome treats the sand is right off the porch and the townhome is such a wonderful layout for families. We enjoyed our week and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful condo!

This condo is more beautiful than the pictures and extremely clean! Everything is so organized and anything you could possible need is there. Monica is a wonderfully gracious host. The condo and location on the beach is perfect! Thank you so much for your hospitality and we would highly recommend.

I’ve been staying at Largo Mar for over 20 years and Monica’s unit is the cleanest prettiest units there! Monica was responsive and a delight to stay with! We will definitely stay with her again!

Absolutely perfect!

Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean townhouse that included everything needed for our stay. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms, kitchen completely stocked with great appliances and utensils, host (Monica) even left us a welcome bag full of snacks and water and drinks in the fridge. Everything about this rental is top notch. And it was so nice to walk out the back door to the sand and the beach, no elevator to deal with! Definitely the best rental experience I have had in the area. Monica was always accessible to answer any questions or assist in any way. Superb host!

Great beach condo!

We had a wonderful stay at Largo Mar condo. Beachfront location was beautiful, especially watching the sunsets each evening. Condo was spotless, well appointed, and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We very much appreciated the food and drink items supplied by the owners. Definitely highly recommend this rental!

Best place at PCB so far!

We have been coming to PCB every year for about 10 years and have stayed in a lot of different places.. This place was the nicest we have stayed in! The place is beautifully decorated and has everything you could ever need. The gifts and treats were so thoughtful and very much appreciated. It’s also on the quieter end of the beach which is perfect for our older group.. We plan on coming back next year!

Great Stay!

We had the best week staying at this home. There was nothing that we did not have for our stay. Thoughtfully stocked with everything throughout the whole place. The easy access to the beach made our trip. We look forward to booking this for our next stay at the beach!

This condo was perfect! It’s directly on the beach with a gorgeous view! Very clean and beautifully decorated! Everything was exactly as described, even better! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our family and we look forward to staying here again!

FANTASTIC home away from home.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Monica and Jim! Their beach home is absolutely stunning and the location is PERFECT. This was my little ones first time at the beach and they made it so memorable. We cannot wait to come back next year!!!!

Owner was so accommodating. Awesome property with direct beach access. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided with rental was so nice. Would definitely stay again. I can’t say enough about this property.

Wonderful Location!!!

This place is a little gem . It’s perfect , I love the parking just right outside the door. The view you can wake up to is breath taking . The decor is amazing!!! Love pretty much everything about it.

Perfection!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Monica spoils you with treats right when you walk in, even my husband was impressed. The location is incredible! Restaurants and grocery stores are close by. The townhouse is exquisitely decorated! You can even walk down the beach to Schooners and grab a bite. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway

House was probably the cleanest house we’ve stayed in for vacation. Very welcoming right when we walked in. The host goes above and beyond making you feel welcomed. Loved that the beach was right at the back door and the pool/hot tub was right out the front door.

Best family vacation!

Sea Oats at Largo Mar was fantastic! Super clean, beautifully decorated and the beach was at our back door! Sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella at the unit were appreciated! Loved the location and amenities close by. Monica was very responsive to email and text leading up to and during our stay. She is a gracious host. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Property

The unit is better than advertised! Super clean. The owner does a wonderful job providing the necessities + more for the stay. We've never stayed a place where you can walk out the back door and onto the beach. It will be a requirement on future trips to the area. I can't say enough about the owner. She was really good to work with and wants you to have an enjoyable stay.

This vacation was wonderful! The property was even more beautiful in person. It was so well stocked in every area (kitchen, linens, pillows, board games). The view and ease of access to the beach was incredible. Monica was so warm and kind, Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home with our family.

Best Vacation Spot Hands Down!

If you want on the beach, then look no further because this is ON THE BEACH! Even though my kids are teens it was still nice for them to just be able to open up the living room patio door & head straight out to the beach. No dealing with high rise condos that come with lots of people & long elevator rides. Also loved the fact we didn't have to pack any snacks or drinks to the beach as we were so close we could go back & forth for those. Loved the location with it being in a more quiet area but within short driving distances to all the attractions. We would highly recommend this townhome! And the owners were top notch to deal with, even left us some nice surprises when we arrived. Our family is looking forward to our future stays in this same location!!!!
