This property was an absolute delight! I especially liked the fact that the bedroom was not on the outside hallway. It was clean, roomy and I enjoyed the balcony off of the living room and the bedroom. The view was gorgeous. Would highly recommend this condo.

2nd time, still fantastic!

This was our 2nd time to stay in this condo. Everything was perfect, from the gorgeous view, to the quick elevators. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year.

Beautiful views

We typically try to avoid staying in towers because of crowds but our previous reservation was cancelled at a different location. I did not read reviews of the building prior to booking. Communication with property management was great! The unit has beautiful views and was very clean. We were able to see dolphins and rays from the balcony! I loved having 2 access points to the balcony for my morning coffee. This building has old(er) elevators and waiting for them and the subsequent overcrowding was our only problem. We met people who said that elevators were completely down the week prior. It was only on our last day that the elevators in the parking garage were down. Luckily we had a cart and were parked close. Be prepared to wait for elevators. I cannot imagine this in peak season. The beach has 3 rows of chairs that are pay based but on either side you can make your own set up which is what we opted to do. It was not super crowded and the water was beautiful. Lots of marine life to watch! Would I stay again? No, but it is the building - not the condo or property management. They were great.

End of summer beach trip

Property was secure & safe; excellent location; loved the view from our 9th floor balcony; enjoyed having an ocean front master bedroom; close to elevators; and the unit was the perfect size for my husband & I.

Don’t go unless you like stairs

The elevators are down constantly! If they are up and running they’re in manual so it’s a 20-40 minute wait because they’re having to take one group at a time to their floor. It was havoc! Condo always have issues with elevators but this was 7 days straight! The locals called them “hellevators”.

Beach Getaway

The unit was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beach service was spectacular and the view from the balcony was great every day. The elevators are definitely bothersome, but we knew that ahead of time and figure out a solution.

Great Condo to Relax In!

This condo is really impressive. Very tasteful interior with a gorgeous view. Free beach chairs/umbrella service is great! Nice pools and hot tubs, and also indoor pool and hot tubs, exercise facility and indoor theater. Plenty to do inside on rainy days. Six charcoal grills to use; nice bonus! From check in to check out, there were no problems at all. There were at least 25 luggage carts and several grocery carts that were always available. The parking garage had plenty of stalls always available near the entrance. Elevators were fast; we never waited more than a minute. We were pleased with everything! Hope to come back.

Weekend getaway

Beautiful condo with awesome gulf views. Elevators can be busy but they move very quickly once you are on. The bed was soft and the beaches were a blast. Will be back!
