Very nice condo, could’ve been cleaner. The floor was dirty and we had to wear shoes all the time to avoid our feet turning black/dirty.

We absolutely loved it! Loved the ocean view! The ocean sounds are just mesmerizing The property is very spacious and comfortable. We would recommend to anyone and or everyone!

Our Condo was nice but property was bad

Loved our condo but the Tide Waves property and staff were not good at all!Only 1 elevator per end worked to cover 30 floors. We waited minimum of 12-15 minutes every time we used them. Sometimes we waited longer Staff at desk were rude!

Family vacation

It was an amazing stay we had a few problems with the elevators never working and having to wait for over 45 mins to get our luggage to our condo. One of the elevators were down and line a mile long with people waiting to get luggage onto the elevator. They need a better system with check in times spread them out or get elevators for people separately from luggage elevators. Also our condo had a bad leak under the sink in the kitchen that had a big mess to clean up after it flooded the kitchen. But the condo was absolutely beautiful perfect for our big family. We had the 3 bedroom 3 bath unit. Very spacious but it was just such stress and headache to get everything up and down the elevators.

Would stay again

2 outdoor pools both with Hot tub/spas. Fitness center with steamrooms and saunas located in the restroom area (so they are seperated by geneder) Indoor pool (I found it to be slightly unpleasant as it was too warm and humid, but that didnt deter my children on a rainy day) no hot tub/spa in the indoor pool. The property was nice but the elevator situation had us waiting multiple times through out our stay. There were people waiting in both directions just to get up to their room & a lot of ppl just opted to use the stairs. It was horrible

Nice Condo but...

This condo was nearly perfect for our family. 7 of us had plenty room and another 3-4 people would be fine. Large comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, nice balcony and sitting area. BUT, we will never stay in the Tidewater location. Limited beach access unless you pay for their over priced chairs and umbrella (they restrict the area) that stayed <50% full. Further the worst experience were the elevators. From Sunday afternoon until Saturday morning we spent 15-18 hours cumulative per person just waiting on the elevators! It took 2.5 hours on Saturday to make two trips up and down the elevators to get the cars packed. What a travesty to this property owner who owns such a nice condo.

Spring Break 2024

Check in was the easiest we have experienced! Location was quiet and beautiful but close enough to the downtown area it was within walking distance! We had no issues with elevators as others seem to have had - they were super busy - but everyone was nice and worked together! Everything was as we expected or better ! Great Spring Break 2024 !

Memorial Visit.

The cleanliness of Tidewater was impressive. The condo was very clean. The view of 1102 was amazing. We loved the condo and the elevator being just outside the door.

Playing elevator games

The condo had a few issues with it, but it didn’t effect the stay. The biggest drawback was the elevators. Constantly having to wait on them. At times almost an hour. Called front desk about the issue and apparently they were not fully aware or informed about the issue. 4 of the 7 elevators were not working at one time. And notice inspection stickers were not up to date on them as well. I will not be staying at tidewater again just for the reason of the elevators.

Amazing Room

Could have used some baking pans and a can opener (we bought one and left it) nothing major. The master shower door doesnt close without forcing it at the bottom. No complaint about room. Resort elevators are ridiculously slow. Most all beach resorts are slow but never seen one this slow. Your condo was worth staying in. Thank you.

Awesome Family Vacation

The condo was beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked. There were 8 of us - my son, Michael Stratton and my grandsons Noah and Nate; my son, Justin Stratton, my daughter-in-love Amber and my 2 grandchildren Mazie and River.; and me, Gran Gran. With the 3 bedrooms, there was plenty of room and we never got in each other's way. Our only concern was the slow elevators. When we checked in, we waited for 45 minutes for an elevator. We were on the 11th floor and when we went anywhere, we had at least a 20 minute wait. But, overall, the trip was amazing. I love Panama City Beach - it's my happy place.

Family getaway

This listing was perfect for our family of 5 plus my parents. There was plenty of room & the kitchen had everything that you could possibly need from basting brushes to a crock pot. The condo was clean, but the floors did leave your socks dirty, but most beach condos have a residue so we expect to have to wear our flip flops or shoes. The view was great & the unit is just steps from the trash chute & right in front of the elevator, but still quite & private with only 2 other units past it. We loved our stay in this beautiful unit! The only complaints that we had could not be helped by the owners/leasing agent. There is not enough elevators so they are VERY slow & packed when you can get in. The waits are crazy long! Also, be prepared to pay $67 for your parking pass & wrist bands. Other than that I would highly recommend this unit, especially for a large group.
