Open your balcony doors, breathe in the fresh ocean air, and admire spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico at this gulf-front condo in Tidewater Beach Resort. Here on the western shores of Panama City Beach, you'll have 600 feet of private white sand (including seasonal beach service), indoor and outdoor pools, several hot tubs, a movie theater, a game room, and a 4,300-square-foot fitness center with a sauna and steam room.

This resort condo is located near an abundance of dining, shopping, recreation, and entertainment. Grab a coffee at Starbucks on your way out the door and spend a day exploring Pier Park (less than a mile east), which is home to 124 stores, an assortment of restaurants, an IMAX theater, a Dave & Buster's, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, and various live music events. Experience a wildlife encounter at Gulf World (one mile east), or bring a picnic and your kayak to the serene shores of St. Andrews State Park (11 miles east).

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 25.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great stay!

The condo itself was very clean and well maintained. The door to the balcony was a little difficult to open and close but it also ensured it couldn’t be thrown open easily by kids etc. The dishwasher and washer/dryer ran well. The couch bed slept great for our kids that chose to sleep there. The other child loved the bunk beds. The resort was also very nice with all the amenities you could desire. Loved the private beach access and 2 provided beach chairs. The kids enjoyed the pools and hot tubs as well. Loved the poolside drinks. Would definitely stay there again.

Needs new Mattresses in this room

We love Tidewater! This is our 3rd time back! But we will not book this room again. It BADLY needs new mattresses throughout the entire condo! I slept on each bed, just trying to get some sleep and Nope they are all horrible!! And for the price you pay for that room you shouldn’t be sleeping on a bed that makes you roll inwards like you feel like you’re sleeping in an air mattress. I’m not even gonna mention the wait times for elevators bc that’s to be expected and the resort staff were on it and took over when need be! Just know what rooms I like now and which I don’t

The pictures looked the same as when we arrived. Only thing was someone had smoked weed in the condo before us and the smell was very heavy.

Was a great stay! Perfect location near pier park and walk on the beach access was a bonus! The condo could of used a deep cleaning but overall was a great stay. Only downside was it was the condo right when you get off the elevator so you can hear everything and the elevator all hours of the night. Also black out curtains in the bedroom is needed. Elevator lighting and hallway lighting shines in the room the whole night

Great condo, very clean. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the bedroom, it is along the hallway and the light shining in is very bright. It would be helpful to have black out shades and curtains

The condo was directly across from the elevator. Lights from the hallway shined into the bedroom and there were no room darkening blinds to make it dark at night. People would come off the elevator in the middle of the night making a lot of noise. Condo had cobwebs in corners, food on floor and food on ceiling above stove. Looked like it needed to be updated. Big disappointment!

Worst condo experience ever....

This unit is directly across from the elevator. This elevator is so loud that when it’s passed the 25th floor it sounded like the roof was falling in. The place was not clean. It had sand all over the floors and in the bathtub. It’s needs updating for the cost.

Bunk bed makes super loud squeaking / clicking sound with even the slightest movement. It was super uncomfortable to sleep in. Mattress springs were lop sided & almost poking at us. We were contemplating on buying an air mattress. Couch seat are lop sided and broken down too. Needs updated furnishing. Other than that It was okay

Spring Break

The condo and property was very clean and well kept. The condo itself was perfect for vacationers staying there just to sleep. There was minimal kitchen utensils and cups. Several outlets did not work. No blow dryer. The internet was extremely slow. Only the antenna connection worked on the TV. So much time was wasted on the elevator or waiting for the elevator. When we checked out I waited for 30 min for an elevator to get a cart. When I got there they said I had to have my ID. (We didn't have to give an ID when we checked in). I had to wait for 30 more min for the elevator to go up and 30 again to go down and 30 to go back up again. Not to mention all the stops in-between. Only 1 elevator was out of commission. The chairs that came with the condo were awesome. Tip: If you want to sit closer to the ocean, you need to be in line at the beach hut at 7:45am to be there when they open at 8:30. If we stayed here again it would be on floors 1-3 to avoid all the wasted vacation time with elevator drama.

2 of 7 elevators out of service entire week in condos. Only 1 of 2 garage elevators worked. Wait times were up to and above 30 minutes all day long. Would not recommend this property to my worst enemy.

Disappointed

This condo is located on the 25th floor and it was so hard to catch an elevator. We had to wait 15-20mins about every time. There was only 2 elevators working and it was very crowded and made our stay very stressful. I would definitely suggest staying on a lower floor so you can use stairs if needed.

The room was okay. We did notice some strains on the curtains and lamp shade. The biggest reason for the 2 star rating is because of the elevators. It took anywhere from 30-45 minutes just to get to the 25th floor on our check in day. With people constantly checking in and out many people were saying they waited well over an hour to to get to their room. Once the elevators show up there was no guarantee you were getting on. People would either get on and go up just to go down or the other way around, people would get on an elevator going down just to go up. They were almost always full.
