Wonderful!

We had such a great stay at Sugar Beach! The beach wagon was so easy to bring all of our stuff down to the beach! The water is so hot in the shower and the water pressure is amazing! The property manager sent all the information to me 2 days before the trip and the condo was cleaned and ready by 11am the day of check in (that may not be the case every time but was for us). We really enjoyed our stay! These condos are well made and you can't hear any outside noise, which was really nice with young kids. Definitely recommend!

Great spot right on the beach. Quick access to the beach, pool and ping pong tables. The room is open and the air conditioning and fans keep it feeling amazing. We cooked breakfast several days utilizing the provided kitchen pans/utensils. We did not need a thing because this place is very well stocked. Our family of enjoyed themselves and of course everyone had to check out the double shower head in the master bath.

Highly recommend staying here at Andrew and Jennifer's place! Andrew communicated very well prior to arriving as well as being very responsive during our stay with any questions. The location is great as it's close to everything, a lot within walking distance. This was our first stay with Sugar Beach Condominiums but definitely plan to stay again. there was plenty for everybody to do just within the grounds. The property itself was very nice and this particular Condo was right on the beach and exactly as described. Also very friendly staff. The place was stocked very well with pretty much anything you would need. Can't wait to stay again!

Greatly enjoyed this condo.

Greatly enjoyed this condo and would greatly recommend staying here to family and friends. Owners reached out before stay and made sure we were ready for our vacation. Great communication and location was awesome. Condo super clean and updated. St. Andrew’s state park is super close and that’s where we got the picture of the alligator.

Exactly what you’re looking for!!

We just stayed here for the last 4 days & loved everything about it! It was clean, easy to get to, quiet yet family friendly & super close to the beach! Condo has been updated to the biggest & best of everything! Communication couldn’t have been easier with the owners…they tell you everything & describe everything to “T” :) 10 out of 10 recommend!!!! Will definitely be booking this one again!

All the comforts of home with a beach view

This is a beautiful condo and it provided all the creature comforts of home! The host was friendly and prompt in communication. We will absolutely stay again!! It was an excellent experience!!

Great location and prefect getaway

The description of the rental is accurate, convenient brach anccess, and exactly as described. The owners are very responsive, great communicators, and helpful in answering questions. The place is well equipped for things one may need and we appreciated the effort in attention to little details to make guests feel welcome. We will be visiting again.

Beautiful view

We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The property was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views right on the water. The location couldn’t have been more perfect — peaceful, scenic, and convenient. Everything in the home was thoughtfully labeled, which made settling in and finding things incredibly easy and stress-free.Andrew, the property owner, was fantastic — very nice, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Exceptional stay

We had a 5 day stay here and it was excellent. Great location. Exceptional cleanliness…..one of the cleanest rentals I have stayed at. Communication with host was great and any questions were answered quickly. Great view of the gulf and easy access directly to beach. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Super Comfy and Great Location

The condo and property was beautiful. Condo was well stocked, beds were comfortable, nice linens and towels! It was a very short walk from room to beach. I like to stay in this end of the beach because you are in walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The owners were very communicative and check in was a breeze .

Beautiful condo/gorgeous view

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The condo is beautifully decorated and the view is awesome. Owner communication was excellent. He went above and beyond in so many ways! The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The “little” upgrades meant a lot…..not the usual paper towels, bathroom tissue and trash bags you find in a condo, but the good stuff like you use at home. They even provided a complimentary basket of k-cups, creamer and sweetener. The bed in the master bedroom was soft and comfortable. Highly recommend staying in this condo!!

Beautiful condo!

Our stay at the beach condo was perfect. We loved being able to sit out on the porch taking in the scenery when we weren’t lounging on the beach. It was both peaceful and quiet during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the added amenities were great as well! We also loved that there were several activities, restaurants, and shopping options nearby to choose from. It really was the best location! I highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Plus the hosts were great at communicating and very friendly.

Great location and very accommodating!

My family and I stayed for 5 nights and it was fantastic! The condo was clean and up to date with all appliances. The owners are very responsive and stay in touch for a smooth check in and check out. We had a great time with no issues!

Sugar Beach was paradise

This place was more than I expected. It was such a charming condo with a beautiful view. I love that it was only on the 3rd floor because you could listen to the waves from the living room. Definitely would book again
