The living room has a sofa sleeper, two occasional chairs, flat screen TV/cable, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony to take in the incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico and its sandy white beach.

The dining area includes a table that seats four and a bar that seats two.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable and a ceiling to floor sliding glass door that lead to the balcony

The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen TV/cable.

There is a washer/dryer and tile throughout the condo.

The balcony View/faces the water but the building does sit further back behind the pool/clubhouse as shown in the pictures, you can still see the two Gulf Front Swimming pools the Emerald Gulf of Mexico water and the beautiful white sandy beach.
