We wanted to showcase a vibrant, Art Deco flair throughout the home with some amazing art pieces! This unique family-friendly home features Oversized Master shower, Chef Kitchen, Jacuzzi, Game Room with pool table, Arcade games, & all the modern touches you desire. Enjoy every minute of this spacious 2 story home with dedicated workspace. The covered back patio features recessed lighting, remote controlled ceiling fan, wood patio furniture, 65 inch TV & Weber grill overlooking an expansive back yard for the ultimate in entertaining!

Take-in the exquisite living, dining, and kitchen space with 12 ft ceilings and marble floor tile throughout the 1st floor. Enjoy incredible entertainment with the LG OLED 77 in TV with RGB lighting, Samsung Dolby Atmos 11.1.4 soundbar, and heated electric fireplace to keep you cozy. Adjust the temperature of the home easily with our newest Nest Thermostat (4th gen) and quiet HVAC systems. Our property includes 1 Gig of high-speed internet and excellent indoor/outdoor Wi-Fi coverage. Work remotely in paradise at your dedicated workspace desk and adjustable chair. Stay connected throughout your vacation and stream movies and TV in 4K with 120+ channels included with our complimentary YouTube TV subscription across all rooms.

Our Chef's kitchen includes beautiful white glass panel cabinets & Aria Blue cabinetry by Jarlin w/ natural Maple interior finishes, as well as new LG appliances. The Hot Tub eagerly awaits you as soon as you arrive! Take a splash into relaxation with up to 7 guests and indulge in the great outdoor views of our porch and expansive fenced backyard, which are wonderful for play, entertainment, and privacy. Watch a movie or play music on our outdoor Samsung 65 in. LED Smart TV while in the hot tub with your favorite beverage. Use our upgraded Weber Genesis Grill to quickly grill anything! Feel free to turn the temperature & jets up or down to your liking, turn on the RGB lighting at night, and enjoy the spa. Beach towels & cooler are ready for you.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in the laundry room. Throw trash in the blue Trash Can outside in the front. Turn off all lights and TVs. Turn off Fireplace. Turn off A/C unit in the Garage.
Lock the front door, back door, patio door & windows when leaving the home. Check the door handles to make sure the doors are all locked.Cover the hot tub with the hot tub cover. Lock the back door.
Close all curtains. Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher except baking pans & run the 2:00 cycle. Baking pans are to be washed by hand. Close the garage door, close side gate & leave it unlocked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
