Exactly as described

Overall this is a great deal for a large group or family! Excellent location walkable to 30a shops and restaurants. Also it’s about a 10-12 minute walk to the beach. There are trams that will pick you up if you are bringing lots of stuff so that’s helpful as well. If you’re planning on booking umbrellas on the beach and not bringing your own stuff to the beach to setup on the very small remaining portion of the beach that is still public then it’s perfect. If planning on using the public beach then it can be a little more planning and getting there early in the morning to get a decent spot on the beach. The pool is awesome! Our family went there every day. Great stay with excellent communication!

The house was great! Lovely accommodations! Short walk to beach and pool or tram is super easy. Allen was also very welcoming! We will stay here again!

House was great!

House was great, host was accommodating to children. However, the bunk room did not have a door on it and that would’ve been nice to know.
