Good location, overall enjoyed our stay

Pros: easy check-in and check-out process, very close to the pool, great neighborhood and awesome location to shops and restaurants, easy parking. Cons: as other reviews have mentioned, we found the property to fall short slightly in terms of cleanliness and upkeep compared to other properties we’ve stayed at in the same neighborhood. Scuff marks on walls and furniture, some peeling paint, stain on bedroom carpet, etc. The kitchen supplies need to be replaced - for example, plastic spatulas that were slightly melted and scratched up nonstick pans. However the linen and towels were clean and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice neighborhood and amenities but not clean

This property had a good set up for our family with 3 different levels and separate beds and baths. The furnishings were nice. However, the walls and bathroom vanities were badly scuffed in certain areas, there was some urine in one of the toilet seats, and some scum/ mildew in the bathrooms. I would not book this particular property again due to the cleanliness issues. The only way to reach out is by email. When I emailed my concerns I never received a response.

Needs Maintenance

The property would have a much higher rating if maintained properly. Needs basic home maintenance above standard cleanliness typically provided by a cleaner. The property manager did not provide the simple “host” amenities such as dish soap or an iron (ironing board was there), among other items. Left over toiletries from a previous stay and wall stains were distasteful. Truly had a feel of a bachelor pad rather than a vacation stay. I would have preferred to voice these concerns on a phone call directly to the office but my request to schedule a call was not granted. To be fair, the location was excellent and the tram service was timely.

Location was key!

The perfect location really over rode the negatives. It could not have been any better located for us. AC worked great. The house could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Bedding on the king beds needs updating with crisp white sheets and clean duvets rather than heavy comforters in my opinion. Kitchen needs old worn out pans and skillets discarded. Though I might add that we found enough good ones that worked for us. Just too much clutter when keeping useless cookware. White chairs in living room were dirty and uncomfortable. I point these things out just to give an honest review in my opinion. We enjoyed Picture Perfect a lot.

Great location to pool and villages at Rosemary

Overall it was a great week. This area in general is host family oriented and I wish I had known. The pool is very large but can get crowded at times. The beach was overly crowded and we had to find a new beach to go to. The house was super spacious. I would stay at the house agian but not the location. Only becuase my kids are older. This area is great for little kids

Excellent Vacation

Picture Perfect is a excellent place to stay. Needs a major deep cleaning. 3rd floor master bedroom has a major musky smell. Must be a water leak somewhere.

Perfect House for Our Family

Location, Location…across street from an amazing pool. Quick walk to the beach. The home itself…Kitchen stocked with supplies for cooking and eating. 4 generous bedrooms with decks. Really enjoyed our stay. 5 stars

Wonderful place to stay!

We absolutely loved the location with the tram stops to get us to the beach quickly. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We loved that there were enough beach chairs provided for each person to bring to the beach. We would stay here again!

Great location

This property was nice, great location (close to pool and short walk to beach). It had everything you needed. Liked having bedrooms on different levels so there was more privacy. Nice porch swing. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was great - we stayed there most days.

Property was beautiful. Loved the atmosphere at the location.

The house was beautiful, only had issues with the WiFi and security over a towel being on the railing. But other than that the location to the pool and beach could not have been better and the room sizes were perfect.
