PLEASE NOTE: ELEVATORS ARE CURRENTLY DOWN. CONDO IS LOCATED ON THE 4TH FLOOR. This 2/2 condo at the Pointe in Inlet Beach offers gorgeous views of the palm trees and cabanas around the Caribbean-style pool at this luxurious architectural award-winning resort on the east end of 30A. Directly next to Rosemary Beach, at the intersection of Hwy 98 and Hwy 30A, just across the street from the shops and dining of 30 Avenue. This is an affordable place to be with a 5 minute walk to a Rosemary Beach square and 5 min walk to the beach (Winston LN access). The condo is located on the 4th floor of Building 1, elevators are easily accessible next to the unit's entrance. There is a gym available for your use in the same building, a viewing terrace on the rooftop with beautiful views of the Gulf. Big Bad Breakfast available in the same complex (building 2). It’s considered one of the best breakfast spots in Inlet and Rosemary Beach. Come and spend your beach family getaway at our condo!

Some features of The Pointe:
Complimentary Beach Chair Service (thru Vacayzen) from March 1st to October 31st at Winston Lane Beach Access (4-5 min walk). It comes with one umbrella and two beach chairs. Beach equipment set up is available the day after check in. Two additional chairs and umbrella are available for your use at the condo
Complimentary use of 2 bicycles for the duration of your stay
Community hot tub
Community Fitness center with Peloton Bike and Mirror Virtual Trainer
Resort style pool (heated seasonally) with cabana seating and fire pit

Stayed here with my mom for a mother/daughter trip and we had a great time. The condo was very clean, it was a very quiet and relaxing area. The location was perfect walking distance to everything. The beach chairs/umbrella were already set up every morning in the front of the beach and it was nice not carrying any of that stuff with us. Would definitely stay here again next time! Thank you.

Summer trip.

The condo is just as it was in the listing. Super close to beach and Main Street. The beach service and bicycle service was a great perk. The elevators being broken was a little inconvenient when bringing our bags up to the 4th floor, but we knew about this when we booked so it was not an issue. Our host was helpful and answered any concerns. Make sure to bring extra washcloths and towels as we only received one per guest.

Great location, clean unit

Having the bikes and beach chairs/umbrella was a great add to our stay. Great location. The unit was very clean and had everything you would want. Once the construction is completed in the resort, it will be a perfect place to stay. Loved the restaurant that is onsite.

Dont understand the wood supports

Place is very nice, but was very disappointed to discover that the elevators didnt work. It was not fun taking baggage and baby stuff up 4 flights of stairs. The.whole building has wooden supports all over. I have no idea why. It seems they are needed to support the building structure. Otherwise the property was advertised and very nice and comfortable.

Weekend at The Pointe

This property was a perfect location for our quick weekend beach trip and the included beach chair service was a major plus! Andrei went above and beyond with his communication and assistance. While we were there the pool and elevators were closed for maintenance and construction which Andrei was extremely upfront and apologetic about. He kept us informed on progress and gave us the option to cancel or reschedule if we wanted to. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy all the amenities and hopefully stay a little longer!

Amazing Amenities

We had a great time staying here for our anniversary trip! We loved the pool & jacuzzi on the property as well as the beach set up chairs and rented bikes. Short walk to our favorite beach - we will be back!

Great getaway

This property's location is just a short walk to a beautful beach and to several ahopping attractions. Not to mention the short walk to the live band nightly We enjoyed the convenience of the location and our stay. We had an amazing time!! We will be back

Family Vacation at The Pointe

This condo was everything we had wished for and more!! The location couldn't be more perfect...walking distance to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and close to amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. The amenities provided (2 bikes, beach access with 2 chairs and umbrella, and the pool) really enhanced our stay. Also, Andrei was an excellent host. Easy to communicate with and even helped coordinate with Beach Baby Rentals so they could deliver our toddler's crib. We will hopefully be back soon!!

Great location and amenities!

Everything was as advertised. The condo was great and very clean. We really enjoyed the amenities that came with it. Our beach chairs and umbrella were waiting for us every morning on the front row. Since its private there was no fighting for real estate. The bikes that came with the rental were an added bonus as well. The property owner was very responsive. We will be staying here again.

Great location and nice property!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here with our 7 month old. The location was perfect and walking distance to everything we needed. The included chairs/umbrella at the beach were so convenient. The only negatives I have would be a few cleanliness concerns, but nothing that would prevent me from considering this property again in the future. Overall, we had a great stay.

Perfect location for beach access

Great condo, well setup. Top floor view over pool and courtyard is amazing to wake up to. The rooftop is a perfect spot to see the beach and watch the sunset/rise, or take some wine and relax. Directly across the street from beach access, and walking distance to many shops and great food and cocktails! Highly recommend

Fantastic property

We loved this property and will come back again. Very clean, hosts are VERY responsive. When I reached out prior and doing our visit, I received a response within minutes. Property is also close to the beach and beach towns such as Rosemary Beach, Seacrest and Alys beach to name a few. You are also not far from Seaside( 20 min drive). Lots to do, and just a beautiful area.
