Staff did a good job, however, the crew responsible for the room left a lot to be desired. On Thursday (check in day) one of the beds only had one pillow and a pillowcase was on the bed. I had a big roach in my room. The water was not hot and had to be turned off the next day for an hour to fix the issue. The microwave in the room kept making the power go out everytime we tried to use it. But other than that we had an ok stay ….
