Spacious rooms, tastefully designed bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, lovely grounds with trees and a pool. Just off a busy, somewhat noisy street in Pana (Calle Santander), but when you go into the grounds it is a peaceful green oasis and quiet. A really good value for the price of the rooms. Can do laundry (blouse = Q.5)/ Restaurant onsite, breakfast was included and good, and dinner (Italian pasta is specialty; was told the hotel owner is Italian) was delicious.

For the most part it was great, the only problem was in regards a towel that they didn’t even wash and told me it was a stain on it. They just went ahead and charged me 10 dollars for it, that it wasn’t even worth that amount. Besides that it was a good place to stay.

The amenities were perfect, room was cozy, service was great for the most part. The only complain was in regards a towel that got dirty and the staff didn’t even try to wash it saying that the stain wouldn’t come off. They just went ahead to charge about 10 dollars for a towel that it wasn’t even have a value that high. I wish they would have treat us differently in this regard. It was very upsetting. I wish another resolution would have been taken

Very comfortable

Beautiful well kept grounds with pool and plenty of space for guests to relax around the pool. Modern bathroom and comfortable bathroom. Complimentary breakfast and very nice staff.

The restaurant is quite good, staff is very friendly, it is right in the heart of Panajachel and the ground are lovely. I did not like that the wind machine was full of dust bunnies.

Check in reservation with the hotel as well, there was a misunderstanding with our room and number of guests but they were very understanding and fixed the situation with no other problem. The room was clean, and also the installations. Its very centric to the Santander street but you can't hear the noise. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was family friendly, not climatised, but perfect for the weather.

Estadía no muy agradable.

El hotel es algo agradable, el problema fue en la habitación en la numero 2 para ser más exactos, la regadera muy vieja, igual instalaciones del baño viejas, la regadera no tiraba agua uniformemente, la cama era dura, y hacía mucho calor en la habitación sería bueno colocaran ventiladores
