Our boat was delayed leaving and there was no problem staying an extra night and they even helped us with information and arrangements to catch the next boat. Thank you so much Dimitri & Christine. 「Giannis was very attentive and customer oriented. He actually drove us to our room in 2 groups. The reason I rated the overall trip at 2 stars was the billing problem. I paid the bill in advance through Hotels.com. Dimitri (I’m not sure his role) told me this shouldn’t have happened. He tried to bill me full price again. Even after I showed my receipts and bank statements. He was not transparent and he wasted our time we should’ve been enjoying the island. Specifically he wasted an hour at...

「Un accueil chaleureux et adapté en fonction de chacun. De belles prestations et un service 5 étoiles. Nous avons eu un soucis d’eau chaude et en 15min ils sont venus et ont réglé le problème. Un petit dej copieux et local ayant un goût de « reviens y » 😁 Je recommande vivement le lieu et les services qui s’y afférent.」

「My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. Checking in was a hassle due to a wrong number listed for the hotel reception in the information provided. However, the location more than made up for it. Elephant Beach, right next to the rental room, is the most beautiful beach on the island in my opinion. The room itself was quite basic, but the views were fantastic. While there was a lot of traffic noise near the room, I still believe the rooms were good value for the price」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Garifalakis Comfort Rooms! The communication from the hotel was excellent, and they greeted us on arrival. They gave us a great run through of the best places to visit on the island, and even guidance on where we could and couldn't take our rental car. The room was modern, clean and spacious. The location is also really good, just a few minutes walk from the restaurants and shop in Pollonia. Overall I would recommend!」
