"The hotel is conveniently located, close to Ezeiza with a free shuttle. There were some rough edges, like moldy shower grout, a bathroom door that would not shut close, dilapidated playground equipment, and slow food room service. The room service food was very good, and reasonably priced."

"upon arrival at the airport we were sick, called the hotel for a doctor and 30 minutes after checking in the doctor was at a our room, thank to the attention and the medicines we were able to travel back home the next night.
