Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at Heaven 1 in Pambula. It was very clean and comfortable, and the host Colleen was very welcoming. Would come back again.

Perfect weekend getaway

Great location close to the beach, lovely clean cabin with everything you need and a pet friendly enclosed yard. Our host colleen was lovely and we couldnt recommend her enough!

Comfy, clean, pet-friendly getaway

Really enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable and clean, really nicely set up inside and out, and totally secure yard for the dogs. Great communication with Colleen, great location and great home-base for a relaxing, beachy getaway.

A lovely stay

I had a lovely and comfortable stay. The property was very nice, in a good location and had a great outdoor decked entertainment area and also a grassed area. It was fully fenced and perfect for my dog who loved her stay as much as I did

Great little getaway!

Note: We ended up staying in 'Heaven No. 2, not No.1' Our little getaway weekend with our two fur-children was absolutely fantastic, and by and large due to our stay at Heaven#2. Very comfortable place to stay, with a lovely yard that the dogs loved. Great proximity to a dog-friendly beach, too! Thanks again, looking forward to coming back.

Cute little house with a gorgeous garden

My husband, I and our two Spoodles thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So close to the beach and Colleen was really responsive and accomodating. The place was extremely dog friendly and our dogs loved running around the garden.

Great house, lovely area

We had a very relaxing holiday at lovely Pambula Beach. The house was great had everything you need. The beaches were amazing and Zoe our dog loved running in the water and along the wide clean sand. A very peaceful and beautiful area. Thanks Colleen

Absolutely Wonderful

The house was set up with everything, we only had to bring ourselves & food ! It was like home away from home. Our dog was very happy too, he was safe with the high fences and he loved to explore the garden.

Wonderful escape for all

We visited with our fur family. Colleen was a great communicator and made us feel welcome without having even met her. The property was lovely and very comfortable. Everything you could need or want were provided for. We had a wonderful time at the dog beach daily that is easily accessible and close by. Location is great and a short drive to Merimbula. We wanted to stay longer!!

Spectacular property!

The house was even better than the pictures. Immaculately presented with every convenience you could wish for. Only a short stroll to the incredible dog friendly beach of Pambula, our doggie family member was also in heaven. Colleen was an amazing host with great communication. Can’t speak highly enough of this place!

Pleasant, relaxing stay

We loved staying at this place. It was clean (very clean), cosy and inviting. There has been a lot of thought gone into making it dog friendly and we really appreciated that. The outdoor spaces were particularly good giving us a choice of areas to sit and relax with our dog. It is an easy walk to the beach and Pambula Beach is a lovely beach. Merimbula is just up the road if you need to do some serious shopping. Altogether a lovely part of the South Coast and terrific accommodation. Thanks for having us!

Birds galore

We loved the cottage, it was very charming and we had everything we needed. The bird life surrounding the property was amazing. Never have I seen so many different wild birds living together in one area and even saw a cheeky Ring tail Possum. Well done to Colleen and Rob

This is a top quality accommodation!

"Heaven" No 1 is a delightful holiday accommodation. A lot of thought and care has gone into making this accommodation an excellent place to stay. We could not find fault with anything!! The yard was spacious for our 2 little dogs and completely secure and private. This is where we will be staying each year from now on when we return to Pambula Beach. Congratulations, and thank you!

Very dog friendly

It was our first time holidaying with our 2 dogs. The place was fantastic and the fully enclosed area was so ideal. Such a great set up and location. we had a fantastic time. The dog friendly beach is the best. Only issue was the wifi wasn’t that strong as modem is in Heaven 1 ( we were in Heaven 2) but not a big deal really. Thank you Colleen. You have a fantastic place for people like us to holiday with our puppies.

Relax in style

Heaven 1 was simply that. Colleen made sure every box was ticked with nothing over looked. Her attention to detail was exceptional. Close enough to Pambula Beach within walking distance or a short drive, the location was easy to find, access was private yet easily accessible, safe and secure for my 4 legged friend. I have no hesitation in recommending Heaven 1 to anyone interested.

Lovely little stay

This was a lovely place to stay - perfect for my partner and I and two dogs. Clean and comfortable inside, with a nice secure yard for the dogs. The location was convenient. Would recommend! Great place to stay.

Great little cottage right near the beach

Lovely cottage, short stroll to the beach. Nice secure dog friendly garden. Well equipped kitchen and good amenities. We would definitely stay again!

could be heaven

A small, quaint cottage onveniently located close to the beach that could be a real gem! Unfortunately, our experience was not what we hoped for. The place had not been properly cleaned as you expect (even for pet owners): the lounge sofa was covered in white pet hair (had to clean it with wet wipes), the hair was in beds, beds didnt feel fresh, one duna cover had a dried blood stain! So we used our own sheets, I always bring just in case. There was pet fur/hair balls on the floors that I kept sweeping every day. We have a toddler and a dog but hygiene is still important to us. 2/3 of our stay we had to listen to renovations and construction noise with drilling and chain saw cutting metal noise on both sides of the place...so that was't pleasant at all especially with a small child who needs afternoon nap. The owner didnt seem to be worried or concerned about our experiences and issues we raised. We definitely will not come back.
