Flat with sea view in Pals, ideal to spend a unique holiday enjoying the beach and its communal swimming pool.

The flat is located on the 8th floor of the Bosmar building with elevator, about 400 metres from restaurants, shops and supermarkets, and only 1 km from the beach of Pals. The area is quiet and pleasant, in front of a forest ideal for walks.

The flat is cosy and charming. As you enter, a large space with an open kitchen separated from the living-dining room area with an American bar. From the living room window, a nice sea view and direct access to a large terrace where you can enjoy the fresh air in summer and spectacular views of the forest and the sea. It has a double bedroom equipped with wardrobes and a bathroom with shower. The communal area is quiet and has a children's playground and a large swimming pool very well kept. It also has a communal parking area.

The flat is ideal for couples or small families who wish to disconnect during their holidays enjoying sea views, swimming pool and being close to everything while maintaining the tranquillity.
