You can walk to the campus of Stanford and down town of PaloAlto. very good location , 101 free way is just around corner . It is very nice neighborhood. there are two people can stay, you want to stay three people. it is ok ,but a little crowded

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Quiet stay; no road noise to bother us. Dining table was small, but we managed just fine. Kitchen was small but did the job. Modernized quarters in every way. Owner was helpful and answered all our requests. Cozy but pleasant and we enjoyed our 9-night stay.

Outstanding experience. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it was as fantastic as the first. Great location. Clean and well represented by the pictures. Easy to drive to and from Stanford campus (we were here for a sports camp). Having a washer/dryer is a huge plus. I couldn’t ask for more. Communication was excellent. I will stay here again anytime I am back in Palo Alto!

Spotless ADU on beautiful property in lovely Palo Alto. Landlord was responsive. Neighborhood is great but a long walk to Stanford. A light outside the property would be useful. Would recommend this property for one person or a couple.

perfect property

Perfect location and floor plan. Off street gated parking. small but has everything you need. My kid stayed here for three weeks and found it to be great for one or two people. Host is responsive and check in was super easy. Very private. Strong wifi signal. Highly recommended.

Excellent property and Iris is super helpful. Off street parking in private gated driveway. Super safe and quiet. Unit is new, clean and the WiFi signal is super.

Perfect place for two people. Very clean. Pictures are accurate. Best location for travel around Palo Alto and the Bay Area in general. Safe neighborhood. Easy checkin. Great communication from Iris. I really loved that parking was behind the gate. Couldn’t hope for better. 10/10. A+

Good studio in Palo Alto

The studio was nice and worked well for me overall. It was clean and functional. It is walkable to downtown Palo Alto but far and really too far to reasonably walk to Stanford. It would be best to stay here if you have a car or are willing to Uber a lot. The other minor complaint is that there were no coffee pods for the coffee machine, and it is a type of machine that you cannot buy pods for easily in a store. So there was a nice coffee machine that just sat there useless. I would have contacted the host to see if they had any, but I could not figure out how to contact them through Vrbo.

Clean cozy studio/ADU near downtown North Palo Alto

Needed short rental due to house fumigation. This was close to our home and provided what we needed for 3 days. Host was amenable to a couple of not usual requests. Parking area turn around is tight. Better to back in from street. Overall great for 2 people

The Place was great and perfect!

Yes, we had a wonderful stay. The place was awesome, so near to Stanford University where our son is staying/studying & whom we were visiting, the area is very residential and quiet but very near to shops and dining places. Communication with the owner was great and whole process was seamless. We hope to avail of their services again in one of our future visits to Stanford. We won’t look for another place to stay. This place was so great & perfect for us.

Lovely Crescent Park getaway

Crescent Park is a lovely neighborhood in Palo Alto. The unit is well positioned in the back of the property, was clean, and was well supplied. I loved the light inside the bathroom mirror. Having a remote for the gate was a plus as University Avenue is busy. WiFi and TV were easy to use. I enjoyed several walks in the neighborhood.
