A full kitchen, laundry and primary bathroom with soaking tub add comfort for longer stays. The home permits up to nine guests using the disclosed bedrooms and living-area sleepers. Parking accommodates four vehicles plus a boat and trailer. Gulf Coast cities are within driving reach.

THREE-BEDROOM WATERFRONT HOME FOR NINE
This private Terra Ceia Island home has a king bedroom, two queen bedrooms and living-area sleeping from the sofa sleeper and futon, within a maximum of nine guests. There are two full bathrooms and a half bathroom. The primary suite has balcony access, a sitting area and bathroom with soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and bidet. Another full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Linens, towels and starter toiletries are provided.

PRIVATE HOT TUB, DOCK & BALCONIES
Enjoy the private outdoor hot tub, landscaped grounds, outdoor dining and waterfront balconies beside a saltwater pond. A private dock and provided kayak offer ways to enjoy the pond. The nearby community boat ramp provides other boating access; confirm launch and navigation details before bringing a boat.

KITCHEN, LAUNDRY & ELEVATOR
The full kitchen has a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and dishes. Relax with Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Washer/dryer and a utility sink are on the third floor. The in-home elevator connects the main levels; both elevator doors must be closed to call or operate it. Staircases also connect the home. A propane grill is available under the reimbursement terms below.

PARKING, CAMERAS & ARRIVAL
Parking accommodates up to four vehicles plus a boat/trailer, with the private lot across the street available for RV/boat parking under arrival instructions. Exterior Ring cameras are present for security. No pets, smoking or vaping. The booking guest must be at least 21 and complete the digital rental agreement, legal photo ID and verification selfie online before arrival; these requirements cannot be completed in person. There are two thermostats for the A/C and heat.
One in the living area on the 2nd floor and one near the laundry room on the 3rd floor.
If on heat mode please turn down to 68 degrees before guests check out.
If on cooling mode, please turn up to 80 degrees before guests check out.

Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program - you're covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only; examples included linens, towels, and wine.

Grill Information: A propane grill is available for guest use in the outdoor area. Propane levels are not guaranteed. If the tank is empty or requires a refill during your stay, guests are responsible for obtaining a refill or exchange. We are happy to reimburse the cost of one propane refill or exchange with a copy of the receipt.

The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.
While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.

Pack 'n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability. Please note that not all listings include them, so we recommend checking the amenities list or reaching out to our team in advance for confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE:
Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days of your stay - please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.

Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance to confirm.

- ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.

Security Deposit for Booking Extensions: A security deposit is required for all booking extensions and must be paid before approval. The deposit is refundable after checkout, subject to applicable deductions for damages or additional charges.
