"I chose this hotel because it was conveniently located between the airport and cruise port, and it was a good price. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the hotel grounds were well cared for. The only negative was that we would have had to cross the busy street to get to a restaurant for dinner. But there was a Subway a short walk from the hotel, and the lady making the subs was awesome. "The staff were excellent and the property and amenities were top notch. The room seemed completely sound proof, which is very nice if you're and the shower was excellent. The only had a couple minor issues: 1. There was a $5/day parking fee, but there weren't enough actual parking spots in the lot, so I had to park next to a dumpster in an unmarked spot. 2. There was a gate at the entrance to the lot, but I received no instructions for getting past the gate. It turns out you just need to drive within a couple feet of the gate and it automatically opens, but it would be nice to have been told that prior to my arrival. 3. The smart TV was was very slow to respond to remote comands, which was a bit frustrating. "

"Parking was extremely easy with our own spot, pool was clean, nice pool area. Staff was nice when checking in. Our place was nice, large and exactly what I expected from photos on website. We could walk anywhere we needed to go."
