「This house is just the cutest! Easy location for access to downtown Birmingham. We were downtown each day in about 10 minutes. There’s some houses around that were loud and some barking dogs so just be aware if you need quite to sleep. Great lake behind the property for fishing and feeding ducks. We had a great time overall and would definitely come back. It had everything we needed. 」

「Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times.」
