Getting Around:

Each of the Colony Suites has dedicated parking for your use while you stay. While on the property, feel free to explore Palmer by foot as well!

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Please call repeatedly if emergency needs arise in the middle of night.

Great stay,,, just a couple suggestions.

Good things The property was very clean. The proximity to all necessary services is phenomenal. Frustrating things: One of us is over 6 feet tall and the light beside the front door and over the kitchen sink were hit with a head numerous times. Not fun. We are an older couple and therefore not the most tech savvy We were never able to get the programs we wanted on the TV. Maybe a written manual would have helped.

Clean and beautiful

It exceeded our expectations. Could honestly live in one of these units. Impeccably decorated and clean, and being able to do laundry in the unit is a real plus on an Alaskan vacation. Well-appointed kitchen, and a stunning sunrise view. Close to everything. 11/10!

Perfect in Every Way

We have stayed in two of their units so far and each time they have been perfect. My wife and I really enjoy the quiet, safe, and central location. Can't wait to see the new units!
