Wonderful little cabin and great hosts! A perfect getaway after a cruise. Excellent experience with visits from the local moose and calf. Great location with access to hikes and the local glaciers.
We had a very relaxing stay in this cute cabin. Perfect quiet location not too far from Palmer. Had mama moose and calf visit multiple evenings.
Super friendly hosts! Everything about the stay was great!
Beautiful area, very hospitable and caring hosts! The cabin was very comfortable and they really added a personal touch. They took care of all the little details so you could just relax and enjoy.
A private quaint little cabin tucked back in the woods overlooking the mountain. Stunning veiws all around. The cabin when we arrived was clean, neat, tidy. All tho small. Its well laid out and thoughtfully designed to maximize its space. We loved our stay.
Cozy cabin close to Alaska Helicopter Tours but far enough away from all the noise. Nice, quiet, and peaceful. Beautiful mountain views. Lots of attention to detail on the inside of the cabin.
Very comfortable and cozy cabin. Beautifully decorated. We only stayed 1 night at the end of trip but the cabin has all the amenities if you are staying longer.
This place was absolutely perfect! It had everything you need for an amazing getaway in Alaska! The place was super clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need! I was beyond impressed! The hosts were amazing! Answered all questions immediately, made suggestions for things to do, and restocked firewood as soon as it got low! Will definitely come back!!! This place is a must book!
I can’t say enough about this day! The views are out of this world. The cabin is very well appointed with all the amenities you could want and then some! No problem at all with Wi-Fi or television, which always seem to be a problem with other places I’ve stayed, but not here! Owners are super sweet and responsive. A lot of places I’ve stayed, the amenities like silverware seem to be like after thoughts, but not here! A lot of time and attention has gone into making sure you are comfortable. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Perfect cozy cabin for 2 with lots of nice extra touches that definitely noticed and appreciated. We loved having the view of Knik Glacier right up the road! Everything we needed for our 3 nights in Palmer! Chris is very personable and we enjoyed our talks with him!
Loved this little cabin, it was just what we needed for a couple days of rest and reflection. The host was amazing with communication and left so many thoughtful touches in the cabin. We loved the stay and look forward to the next time we can come down and have a quiet place of rest.
We stayed here for 6 nights as a “home base” while we explored the Palmer area. It was very enjoyable. We like to be rural, and that is what attracted us the this cabin. It did not disappoint.

Exactly what I needed. The people who set this up are excellent at what they do and have done very well. Would recommend to anyone. Beautiful cabin and beautiful area.
Very cute and functional cabin. They put some extra work into all the details which made the stay very special. Saw moose each day along the road and on the property.

Great communication. Quite nice people. Beautiful cabin and area!! Definitely going back.
What an absolutely perfect place to spend a few peaceful days with my husband!! Everything we could have needed plus more, well thought out space fully stocked and with a bonus of treats, drinks and even a pizza in the freezer. Such a nice surprise when we arrived late the first night. The views were amazing, sitting on the front porch for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening was fantastic. We truly wish we could have stayed longer and we’re looking forward to staying at the Glacier Breeze Cabin when we return to Alaska again!!Chris
I was there for a meeting in Anchorage. This was about an hour outside of Anchorage and it's absolutely worth it. The drive is beautiful, the cabin is exactly what I needed, and the owners are easy to talk to and give great advice. Chris is a great guy. The cabin is tiny but completely functional. There's so much to do within a short drive from the cabin... this is a great basecamp if you want to poke around the area. I'll be back again, and next time I'll bring my wife.
This was my first trip to Alaska and the host was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The cabin was small but cozy and we were able to easily keep in warm despite subzero temps. The views were amazing and the host even offered to wake us if the Northern Lights appeared (they did). Overall a wonderful experience.
Cute property very well equipped with everything you could need! Above and beyond thoughtfully appointed. I was a little taken back at how close the other house was. I was hoping for a more solitary experience. Overall though absolutely great!
What a beautiful little cabin surrounded by gorgeous mountains! We didn’t see the northern lights but the stars were incredible. There were large windows with great views of the surrounding mountains and we didn’t even have to leave the cabin to experience the beauty of sunrise and sunset. The cabin was fully equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Chris and Karen were great hosts. They were very responsive and right next door to help us with anything if we needed it. Would highly recommend.
In our entire 2 week stay in Alaska this was by far our favorite place to stay. To say they made us feel at home would be an understatement. The minute we walked in the cabin we were amazed by all of the extra touches that were put into making us feel welcome. The hosts were incredibly helpful as well. They gave suggestions and answered any questions that we had about the area. Please don’t prejudge by the drive in. You will be on somebody’s property where you will pass campers and a house driving back to this cabin. That is part of the Alaskan charm. They have set the bar so high for all other vrbo’s.
We (my 16-year-old daughter and I) stayed a single night in January. Our host helped us unlock the property when my phone was acting up, directed us to the stocked fireplace and extra logs, and offered to wake us if the northern lights made an appearance! (Sadly, the night was cloud-covered.)
The cabin was very clean and well-appointed with subtle luxuries such as cold breakfast items, locally made tea and unusual soda flavors (spruce pine!), and shower amenities unexpected outside of a hotel setting. The host even brushed off our car after a light overnight snowfall!
5/5 very big stars and we will surely visit again!
