Céu Palmas Hotel was very clean and upscale. We like the hotel and would stay there again. The only complaint we had was our room service took much longer than we were told, but it was most likely a busy night for them.

Péssimo, hotel velho e mal cuidado.

Péssimo custo benefício, o ar controle do ar não funciona, o ar faz um barulho constante e o frigobar parecia o motor de um trator, tive que desligar pra dormir. A agua do chuveiro é fria, esperei esquentar por 15 minutos, como me orientaram, e seguiu frio. Todos os banhos que tomei nesse hotel foram em agua fria. E a pia do banheiro não tinha agua. Hotel velho, sem infraestrutura, não vale metade do valor que pedem. O café da manhã é bom.

Eu não sei se tem algo relacionado ao hotel, mais é a segunda vez que uso o cartão de credito para reserva, e depois e aparece tentativa de uso do meu cartão. Em relação ao próprio hotel a experiencia no local de uso do ferro de passar roupas foi terrível, literalmente uma sauna.

Péssimo hotel! Toalhas encardidas, lençóis velhos e rasgados (trapos). Solicitei a mudança de quarto devido ao ruído intenso produzido no apartamento vizinho (fato constatado pelo recepcionista in loco) e o "gerente", despreparado, relutou resolver o problema até ter a coragem de cobrar um valor extra para a mudança, que era absolutamente necessária. Pior experiência que já tive. Indigno, irritante e nada inteligente!

Decepcionante!

Recepção preconceituosa (chegávamos de um passeio de 5 dias pelo Jalapão), quarto sem água no vaso sanitário e pia, faltava lençol em uma das camas, pedimos pra virem verificar, 30 min depois a camareira chegou com o lençol. Já estávamos de pijama quando nos ofereceram um quarto em outro andar, dizendo que no andar que estávamos não havia quarto vago sendo que o hotel, estava praticamente vazio. Não me hospedaria novamente neste hotel.
