Large Possession with private pool and garden near Palma de Mallorca, in S’Aranjassa. Here, 6 people can enjoy a holiday between the countryside and the sea.
This two-story house offers plenty of space and is surrounded by a natural pine forest and a large garden. The private 50m² chlorine pool, with a depth ranging from 1.4 to 2.2 meters, is the highlight of this property. There is nothing better than starting the day with a refreshing swim before sunbathing on one of the loungers. Next to the pool, you will find the BBQ area. For meals, we recommend the porch, which is cool and pleasant.
Upon entering, you are welcomed by a massive hall. To the right is the air-conditioned living-dining room with a large window overlooking the pool, a flat-screen TV, and a sofa for relaxing. The furniture here consists of antiques that tell the history of this home. On the opposite side is the kitchen, equipped with a dining table, gas hob and oven, dishwasher, large fridge, and air conditioning. There is a guest toilet next to the kitchen.
A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You can choose between two rooms with two single beds and one with a double bed; all feature an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and air conditioning. There is a walk-through room with a daybed. A washing machine, iron/ironing board, and a cot and high chair (on request) complete the facilities.
This house is an authentic Mallorcan "possession" surrounded by nature. The surrounding area is home to various animals, including insects like bees and many bird species. Please note that several cats live in the neighborhood and may cross the estate—please do not feed them. Neighbors also have dogs and chickens; a true country life experience.
A car is absolutely necessary. Free parking is available on the plot.
Located a 15-minute drive from Playa de Palma and the Son Gual golf course, this villa is situated in a small residential area. Families can visit Aqualand or Palma Aquarium, and beach lovers have endless options: Cala Blava, Can Pastilla, or the natural beaches of Ses Covetes, Es Trenc, or Arenal de sa Rápita. Palma, the capital, offers a wide range of culture and gastronomy. In the trendy Santa Catalina district, you can enjoy tapas at the market; La Llotja and Sant Jaume host art galleries, and the Paseo Marítimo is lined with bars and restaurants. Supermarkets and services are found in El Arenal.

Lovely clean and very well kept villa. Need a car for this property. Everything you need including outside barbecue and pizza oven. Cats on property but do not come near. Only draw back mosquito bites at night . Owner on sight helpful and does not bother if you stay to the house rules. Only 15 mins from Airport. Near by beaches very busy in summer. Amazing stay. My house rental sometimes not helpful but owner sorted out any problems

The villa was lovely but poor quality bed linen and towels and poor supply of cooking utensils. Also bathrooms in need of maintenance - one shower not working and one toilet seat not fitting.
On the Positive side - pool was lovely and with just a bit of care and attention to details the villa could be a lovely property.

Objekt war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Check In lief problemlos ab.
La casa en general no estaba mal, limpia y muy cerca de Palma. Quizás demasiado cerca del aeropuerto. Desencanto con el jardín, que no se podía usar, estaba todo seco no se podía jugar ni tumbarse.
Las fotos que están publicadas son de hace unos cuantos años, aunque la casa está bien, no se ajusta con lo que sale en las mismas.
Por último, está lleno de gatos (hablo de por lo menos 10 o 12), entiendo que al que le gusten o no tenga alergia, no le supondrá ningún problema, pero se intentan meter en la casa, te rodean cuando estás haciendo la barbacoa y en el borde de la piscina.
