Holiday Home "Ana House" with Sea View, Wi-Fi & Terrace

Located by the beach in Can Pastilla near Palma de Mallorca, the holiday home ANA House consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a television and a highchair (on request). Outside, you will find a private furnished terrace with both open and covered areas, as well as a grill, where you can enjoy the stunning views of the sea. There is a large terrace at the entrance with solar shower for use after the beach, large space for sports equipment such as surfboards, bicycles, ideal for sportsmen and women.

The beach of Can Pastilla is just a few steps away from the house (50m) and a supermarket is at hand just a couple of minutes walk away (150m). Many shops, restaurants and bars line the seafront at Can Pastilla and can be reached easily from the house. Majorca’s airport is less than 10 minutes drive away (5km)

Perfect stop for the beach and Palma!

Beautiful location , closer to the beach than thought, everything you need in the apartment, lots of hot water! Great sun terrace. Deposit needed in cash.

Fantastic location

Pros: Being close to the beach Cons: No additional bedding ie sheets to make a change. The quality of the bedding was poor. The host said they would visit to inspect and return 300 euro deposit on day of leaving but did not turn up and they had promised to help us get to airport leaving us to try and find a taxi at last minute which was very stressful given we were travelling with grandchildren. They said on text they were transferring deposit to my bank but 2 days later still not in my bank. I am very disappointed and would not return to this property despite the location.

Pros: Het ruime appartement staat nagenoeg aan het strand en vlakbij een bushalte ( naar ondermeer Palma en het nabije vliegveld. Het grote dakterras biedt een fraai uitzicht op zee. Het huis was heel schoon. De bedden zijn goed, maar twee (van de vier) slaapkamers zijn eigenlijk te klein voor 2 personen. De 2 badkamers voldoen prima. Het contact met de verhuurder ( en ter plaatse bij in en uitchecken met de huisverzorgster) verliep goed. Bij het plaatsen van een parasol via een plastic tafelblad in een standaard beschadigde ik het blad. De verhuurder leverde een nieuwe tafel zonder kosten in rekening te brengen. Cons: Een aandachtspunt: er is veel niet functioneel meubilair aanwezig.
