This apartment is part of the iconic L'Àguila building, a landmark of Modernist architecture in Palma. Designed by the renowned architect Gaspar Bennàssar, it is now opening its doors for the first time as a tourist accommodation. The interior has been fully renovated while preserving its distinctive iron structure, which creates elegant, undulating shapes on its façade—photographed by nearly everyone who visits the island.

As part of the route of emblematic Modernist monuments—led by Gaudí, who inspired the name of one of our suites—this building is a must-see and is considered part of Palma’s Historical Heritage. Since the summer of 2018, visitors to the island have had the unique opportunity to stay here.

Its bright interiors, high ceilings, and beautiful design make L'Àguila a truly special place to stay in the heart of Palma’s old town. From here, you can stroll through the historic streets, visit the Cathedral, go shopping, or enjoy a traditional ensaimada.

This apartment is called ÀGUILA SUITES SAGRERA. It has been completely renovated, with all furniture and appliances brand new. It is located on the third floor of the building and can be accessed by elevator.

The apartment features an open-plan, minimalist layout filled with natural light and decorated with exquisite taste. It includes:

A living-dining area with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table, and chairs

Plaza España is just a few minutes away, where you can access buses and trains to anywhere on the island, including the famous Sóller Railway.

The popular Mercat de l'Olivar is only a 5-minute walk away, offering a wide variety of high-quality local products. You will also enjoy all nearby services: supermarkets within 2 minutes, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, opticians, and more. Within less than 5 minutes, you can visit Plaza de Cort (City Hall) or reach the Cathedral, among many other attractions Palma de Mallorca has to offer.
