INTERIOR

The living room welcomes you with warm luxury flooring and a plush sectional sofa that anchors the space with comfort and ease. A side chair sits near the window, and a desk with a chair overlooks the natural light, creating a quiet spot for reading or catching up on work. A large TV stands opposite the seating area for effortless entertainment, while the wet bar adds a touch of Palm Springs leisure to the overall atmosphere.

The kitchen blends clean lines with contemporary finishes, offering stainless steel appliances, modern white cabinetry, and solid-surface counters that provide generous workspace for meal preparation. The kitchen’s layout makes cooking feel fluid, opening naturally toward the living area and maintaining a sense of connection throughout the home.

This single-level layout includes the living room with its sectional sofa, reading chair, TV, and wet bar, along with a dining area that flows easily from kitchen to conversation. The hallway leads to the bedrooms and the beautifully updated bath, while sliding doors extend both sleeping spaces onto the private patio that frames the back of the home.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed framed by two nightstands and lamps, a TV positioned above the dresser, and an oversized closet offering generous storage. A sliding glass door opens to the patio, allowing early morning light to brighten the room, and a upholstered side chair creates a calming space for quiet moments.

The guest bedroom features a queen bed with coordinated nightstands and bedside lighting, a comfortable side chair, and its own sliding door to the patio, giving guests direct access to the outdoor living area. The hall bathroom includes a walk-in shower with clean tilework and a modern sensibility that suits the rest of the home.



EXTERIOR

The private patio extends the living space with a relaxed outdoor dining table for four positioned beneath the open sky, offering a welcoming setting for morning coffee or dinner after a day exploring the city. The fire feature is ideal to relax at the end of the day and watch the sun set behind the mountain while enjoying a glass of wine. A three buyrner BBQ is available for guests to use, and is iseal for meal prep. A separate conversation area includes two cushioned chairs arranged beneath a large sun umbrella, creating an inviting nook for reading, conversation, or quiet afternoons outdoors. The patio becomes a natural extension of both bedrooms, enhancing the home’s sense of ease and connection to the outdoors.



POOL/SPA

The community’s sparkling pool and spa provide a refreshing retreat, inviting long afternoons in the sun or peaceful dips beneath the desert sky. These amenities are shared with the surrounding residences rather than private to the home itself. Optional pool and spa heat, when available seasonally through the community, may be subject to association guidelines rather than individual scheduling.
