Inside, the classic Krisel floor plan is all there and has been freshly updated with clean and elegant materials that speak to the special simplicity of this design. Kitchen and both bathrooms have been updated. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers. There is not a bathtub in this house. The living space contains a light filled living room and kitchen, which looks out to a spacious south facing back yard with a newer saltwater pool and spa. Pool and spa heat is optional and an additional $95 per day. Spa only heat is $45 per day. Pool heat pricing is subject to change till the day the payment request is accepted due to utility price volatility.

Pool and spa heat is optional and $95 per day. Spa only is $45 per day and subject to change. Pets never allowed, including Emotional Support Animals.
