THE COMMUNITY
Villas De Las Flores 'a private community' is a beautiful quiet golf course community that directly adjoins the Tahquitz Creek golf course. You'll have easy access to Palm Springs vibrant dining, entertainment, and shopping options whenever you wish to venture out.

**Pool heating available in the cooler months to 82-86 degrees - for half of the pools in the community, including the main larger pool. All pools are close. This is the responsibility of our HOA and timing varies and is around mid-Oct to Mar when weather starts to get cooler***

LOCAL HOSTS
We aim for all our guests to be comfortable and happy throughout their entire stay and are available, as needed.

POLICIES & HOUSE RULES
Guests are to comply with all listed policies and rental agreement terms and are responsible for adhering to all terms outlined therein. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.

By staying at this property all guests acknowledge they have read all the house rules and policies in this listing prior to booking. We require a fully verified profile. Unverified or incomplete profiles or guests with a bad track record are not accepted. No Third-Party Bookings or off-platform payments.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, primary guest must be over 25 years of age. Upon booking, all occupants must provide a valid government-issued ID that includes their permanent primary address. A rental agreement to be signed by all guests. Any other overnight guests must be approved by the host, no exceptions.

Important: No pets. No parties or loud noise (per palm springs city ordinance), this is a non- smoking and vaping property, no-illegal activity or substances. No mailbox access or mail forwarding (Amazon packages are OK). Agreed use of the ring doorbell and carport camera, and temperature control guidelines.

Our beautiful community including all amenities/pool/spa areas are the responsibility of our HOA and board (and not the host). Gardens are beautiful all-year round and the community has very well-maintained desert gardens. Flowers in the patio will bloom in-season (Jasmine and bougainvillea).
