Casa Agua Blanca, City ID 4425, TOT Permit 7585, is a recently remodeled ranch style home with an open concept living space, 3 bedrooms each with a king bed, 2 bathrooms, and an open floor plan. Bedrooms also have blackout exterior roller shades. The private outdoor space is the show stopper views of the San Jacinto Mountains, salt water pool with slide, jacuzzi, large patio with seating for bar and dining, BBQ, and fire pit. The home is solar powered. Wifi and Cable is provided with HBO, Amazon prime and Netflix.

ハウスルール

During the months of October - April there is a $100 per night Pool Heating fee that is required and not included in the nightly rate.
Must disclose you are bringing a dog. In the home, dogs are not permitted on the beds, chairs, couches, or blankets. No dogs allowed in the pool.
If you break the pet rules you forfeit the $500 damage deposit. If the pool has to be drained for any reason you will pay an extra $500.

Even better than pictured

The home was great—spacious, beautifully decorated and every convenience you could wish for. The yard is lovely and very big. Check in was easy and the host answered the one question we had promptly. I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful Home

We were pleasantly surprised that the home was even better than described. Pictures are more than accurate. The owner responded to any concerns immediately. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to cook and serve meals, the bedrooms were large and comfortable, the backyard, pool & spa were great. We had a great time and would stay there again! Highly recommend!

Amazing home

Our family (4 adults, one toddler, one baby) and our dog enjoyed this home a lot. Spacious home. 3 bedrooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of space inside the home. Yard: THE BEST! Pool was great along with the jacuzzi. The yard is HUGE! Nice fire pit. Outside furniture was great. Home is fully stocked, great appliances. The blackout shades are REALLY blackout. Close to downtown Palm Springs, we went out to dinner for our last night there. Overall, GREAT home. Our dog had lots of space to fetch his frisbee. We will definitely be staying here again.

Whitewater Club

Loved the house. Everything about it. Perfect setting and space for the number in my group. Well stocked. A keeper. Unfortunately I come to PSprings often with just my husband and another couple so that is too much space and just not affordable. Would love to come back again with family though.

Very enjoyable outdoor space to enjoy with the family. It’s like having a park in the backyard. The inside space was very well stocked and made it easy to feel like home with our family if 5.
