The primary suite offers a king‑size bed, a spa‑inspired en‑suite bathroom with dual sinks and an oversized shower, and direct access to the backyard. Two additional bedrooms in the main house include ceiling fans, cozy beds, and easy access to a shared hallway bathroom. The guest room with two twin beds can be converted into a king with 48 hours' notice, offering flexibility for your group. The detached casita is its own private haven, complete with a king‑size bed, full bathroom, mini‑fridge, television, and a private entrance—perfect for guests seeking extra privacy.

Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

The City requires a few quick steps for all vacation rentals. After booking, we'll send you the required rental documents to complete within 24 hours, and a quick face-to-face video check-in is also required before your stay. Please review your agreement carefully for important local regulations. We want you to enjoy your stay with no surprises, and we're here to help every step of the way.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

Your total reservation price includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, booking fee, guest service fee, and applicable local taxes. These guest-facing fees support professional cleaning, a safe and secure booking experience, and additional guest amenities and services designed to create a seamless vacation experience, including welcome snacks and bottled water upon arrival.
