Simple Mid-Century Elegance with Private Pool

The home's classic Mid Century post and beam architecture, high ceilings, and numerous windows allow an abundance of natural light into the premises.
Fire up the BBQ for dinner outside. Soak in the above ground hot tub. Enjoy the beautiful and private pool or lounge in one of the many seating areas poolside. Yard is fully fenced, gated and private. Enjoy the mountain view while lounging by the pool and at night you can watch the tram go up the mountain from the back yard.
Gated entryway with off-street parking.
There is a beautiful heart shaped pool in the main yard, which is for the exclusive use of guests. Pool is private. Above ground hot tub is heated year round. Pool can be heated from November 1 to February 28 at an additional cost of $50 per day (minimum of 2 days).

Absolutely incredible property! This is everything a vacation rental should be. Clean, private, affordable, with impeccable interior design. It was 110 degrees when we were there but the pool was the perfect temperature with rotating shade throughout the day. I can’t recommend staying here enough!

Cozy Paradise in Palm Springs

Great stay! The Casita was clean, private, and absolutely gorgeous. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect. Communication with the owner was spot on. Loved it.

My daughter and I had a very nice stay at this lovely property. The private pool was certainly a plus! Big comfortable bed, large flat-screened TV, A/C and a kitchen with all the essentials, among other things. We also loved the midcentury modern decor inside and out. This property is also very close to downtown and all that Palm Springs has to offer. I would indeed recommend!

Awesome!!

We always have a great time in Palm Springs but somehow this place made it even better. The grounds are beautifully kept, pool is super clean, and private. The interior has a great vibe as well. We’re already booking our next year’s vacation here.

My sister and I enjoyed our short stay. Better than we expected easy check in process, house was very clean, well equipped with kitchen tools, TV had apps to watch your fav shows or movie and our favorite part was the pool felt right at home and private, would def stay here again!

Comfortable and convenient

The space was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. The bed and sheets were comfortable, there were many indoor/outdoor seating areas, and the location is super convenient for airport/highway access. Downtown is a few minutes away in car or bike, or a nice walk (about 30mins). We loved all the decorative touches, and the host was timely in all communications.

Incredibly perfect vacation getaway

We LOVED this little house! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and the pool was the perfect reprieve from the hot Palm Springs weather. The house was conveniently located, easy to find, and just a 5 minute drive to a bunch of excellent restaurants. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Loved our time at the Hollywood House

This property shows even better in person than in photos online, and the history of the property is equally exciting. We really enjoyed our time spent there with the fabulous amenities, and our host was very kind and communicative when we had questions. We highly recommend staying here, and plan to do it ourselves again in the future!

The Essence of Palm Springs

The casita was pure Palm Springs. Just perfect for a couple. Beautiful accommodations. Done up in a Palm Spring aesthetic that was joyful to live in for a few days. The private pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding. Definitely would stay there again.
