Remodeled 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Mid Century Modern home on a quiet cul-de-sac in South Palm Desert. With pool, yard, citrus & palm trees, this delightful home is set on a picturesque lot at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains. KoolFog Mist system provides a cool patio. Close to everything. Relax in the sunny outdoor spaces. Large HDTV's with cable and TV's mounted in each bedroom. High speed internet. Bonus room has desk with computer, printer. Updated well-stocked kitchen and baths. Clean and bright.
The space
This is a Newly Remodeled 3 Bedroom and 2 Bath Mid-Century Modern home with contemporary finishes. It's located in the upscale "Silver Spur Ranch" neighborhood once developed by Bing Crosby in South Palm Desert. This delightful and relaxing home has palm trees and fruit trees and the pool has picturesque views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.
The open living area is very inviting with a gas fireplace, large HDTV and comfortable seating. It’s perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Adjoining the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The kitchen opens up onto the large Patio with a Sparkling heated Pool and Spa. Throw something on the built-in gas Bar-B-Que grill and dine Al Fresco under the Desert Stars. The beautiful outdoor patio is partially covered by a Pergola for those needing a little shade from the Brilliant Sunshine as well as a KoolFog mist system to keep cool.
In the bright and airy Dining Area that opens onto the Pool and Patio, there is dining for 6. Bonus room with desk and a large selection of books. This home is perfect for entertaining friends or family.
Soak or float all of your cares and troubles away in the sparkling waters of the pool and spa which have been recently refurbished. The outdoor space is perfect after a hard day of playing or shopping. The outdoor gas firepit with built in seating is a great place to unwind.
Down the hall is the Master Suite with a King Bed, HDTV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The master suite opens to a private patio. Across the hall, guest room number 1 has a comfy Queen Bed and HDTV. Guest room number 2 also has a Queen Bed and is perfect for extra guests. Across the hall is the full Guest Bath with walk-in shower and dual sinks soaked in plenty of daylight.
Situated on a cul de sac in South Palm Desert, this home is the ideal vacation destination. Minutes from the Living Desert and El Paseo ( the "Rodeo Drive" of the desert) with all of the finest shops and restaurants you can imagine. The house has a large front yard with lots of grass and a 2 car garage with washer and dryer.

Guest access
Access to whole house and outdoor BBQ with sink. Hot tub is heated. Pool is unheated normally, but can be heated for an additional $10 per day during the winter. Guests have quiet use of the whole property.
IoT: The home has a Nest thermostat, Google mesh wifi router and a Google Home mini device and Amazon echo.
Other things to note

As of January 2020, all stays must be a 27 night minimum per the City of Palm Desert's laws.

Month in the Desert

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The back yard was perfect for everyone to relax in sun or shade. Randi was very responsive to any issues. Would love to return.
