Massive 5 Bedroom Estate - Walk/bike ride distance to downtown Palm Springs

Come enjoy a FABULOUS vacation getaway in our freshly renovated, classic 1970’s spacious 3,300 sqft. Hollywood resort style estate! Located in the Mirador District neighboring “The Movie Colony” and a few blocks from downtown.  We provide bikes for our guests to enjoy during their stay.  You can walk or ride bikes to downtown Palm Springs or a very short drive or uber drive to the amazing restaurants, bars and entertainment the city has to offer.  

This corner lot estate home has been freshly renovated with new kitchen, dual master bathrooms, tile floors, extra-large slider to enjoy the massive outside space and decorated to provide style & comfort to your vacation! Vaulted ceilings, new appliances, in ground spa was added, amazing lounge with pool table, ping pong, TV & bar, dining for up to 12, game room with air hockey, resort style backyard, pet oasis & more!!! Also newly added is an electric vehicle charging station conveniently located in the garage!

Outside misters (summer months only). Outdoor space heaters (during winter) are available for your use, but we do not provide the extra full tanks for them, as it is difficult with supply demands in the county, and guests leaving them on & using a full tank each night. We will provide empty tanks for our guests to have swapped & paid for by them.

HEATING THE POOL & SPA:
RENTAL AMOUNT DOES NOT INCLUDE COST FOR HEATING THE POOL OR SPA. This additional fee must be requested prior to your reservation, and we will send a request through the Resolution Center to obtain payment. Average charge for heating spa per day is $80, and $150 per day for the pool. Discounted package deals available! Prices are based on heat used in moderation. We ask that our guests turn off the spa when not in use, and not heat the pool over 85 degrees. Excessive usage could result in a charge to our guests deposit and is electronically monitored. Please contact us prior to booking if you have any questions regarding these fees.

PET FEES ALSO APPLY. 

We love our fur baby, so we are happy to accommodate potty trained pets only. There is a pet fee of $50 for cleaning company for hair removal and additional cleaning that should be selected if you are bringing your fur baby. All pet poops must be picked up as well.

The location of this property is great! The park close by is excellent and it is nice and close to 'downtown' Palm Springs. The backyard is a wonderful space where we spent most of our time.

Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. The house was not clean upon arrival and clearly needed a deep cleaning — many areas and items throughout were dirty, broken or stained brown. The pool was also broken during our stay, so we couldn’t use it, which was a big letdown. On the positive side, the property manager was kind and responsive, and even had a coffee pot DoorDashed to us when we mentioned the one there did not work. In addition, they had a pool person out the same day. Despite their effort, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations, especially for the price. Hopefully they get a refresh for the house because it is super cute.

Family birthday gathering

Location and layout of house was great. The house &yard is definitely in need of some general maintenance and deep cleaning. First impression when pulling into the driveway was an old mattress and old rug laying outside. The cushions on the patio furniture were torn and ratted and wore out. Should be thrown out and replaced. The barbecue and obviously not being Payne in quite a while. I spent at least three hours cleaning it so we could use it. The outside tables have obviously not been cleaned in quite a while and we’re disgusting. The interior of the house was OK but still stand to be cleaned and maintained better. All in all, I’m not sure I would ever rent something from Dube properties again.

Had a great time. The place is beautiful and very spacious. You won’t be disappointed the host is very responsive and they get things fixed right away. Other than that the iPad not working to control pool lights and misters we had a great stay.

Amazing spot with fantastic hosts

My friends and I stayed at this home for a girl’s weekend. It was fabulous! The house is so spacious and has everything you could possibly need. It is beautifully kept and is in a great location. The hosts go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this amazing oasis :).

Family Getaway

Lovely property! Plenty of space for multiple generations of family to relax, cook, eat, and play... indoors and out. Great safe yard and dog space to boot; patio misters were awesome in the heat! Very close to town, easy parking and access. Consistent communication with owners before, during, and after our stay. There was an issue with the pool pump not operating, but they responded immediately and worked to get it fixed as quickly as possible. Overall, we had a terrific long weekend!

Celebration

I decided to celebrate my 65th birthday with my kids and grandkids. This was the perfect spot to relax, have fun and spent quality time. The house is very well equipped with all you need to have a great time.

Great spot for friend reunion with young kids

We loved all the different spaces in the home that accommodated our large group of different ages spending time together. The pool was an obvious hit! Great communication with the owners throughout. Fantastic location walking distance to downtown Palm Springs (if you can stand the heat!). Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Eight guys from various areas in the US. All in our late 60s. Friends since since our teenage years. The house worked great as our home base for golf outings and watching the Super Bowl. Being close to the airport, a grocery store and the downtown area is an added bonus.
