* **Rental Agreement:** The City of Palm Springs requires all guests to sign a separate rental agreement prior to arrival. You will also be asked to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers for any vehicles you will have on the property.

* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* **Pool Heating:** Optional pool heating is available for a fee of $99 per night. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you wish to add this service.
