The Space
Casa Coyote is a thoughtfully curated desert retreat nestled in the sought-after Chino Canyon neighborhood. With Mount San Jacinto as your backdrop, this Mediterranean-inspired home combines old-world charm with modern comforts—arched doorways, Saltillo tile floors, and a fireplace meet stainless appliances, smart technology, and cozy living spaces.

The open-concept living and dining area features a full wall of sliding glass doors that open to a lush, private backyard. The updated kitchen is outfitted for entertaining, with premium appliances and plenty of prep space.

Outdoor Living
This home is made for soaking up the desert sun. A 6-person in-ground hot tub in the backyard is ideal for sunset views or nighttime stargazing, while a completely separate pool area offers a lagoon-style saltwater pool with beach entry and mountain vistas. Multiple outdoor dining and lounge areas ensure there's a space for every mood—sun, shade, or starlight.

Location
Tucked just west of Palm Canyon Drive, Casa Coyote is perfectly positioned to enjoy both nature and nightlife. Hike the nearby Chino Canyon trails, take a ride on the Aerial Tramway, or stroll to Palm Springs staples like Boozehounds, Toucans, and the Arrive Hotel. Downtown Palm Springs is less than a mile away—close enough to walk or Uber for an evening out.

Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay. Rates vary by season: November–March: $75/night and April, May, October: $50/night. Heat is not needed in other months not listed.

For stays under 5 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—unfortunately we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
