The Space:
This colorful Palm Springs home sleeps 8 across 4 private bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a California king bed, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 4 is located in a separate casita with its own entrance, king bed, sitting area with smart TV, full kitchen, and full bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower. The main house also includes a full guest bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo, plus a half bathroom (3.5 baths total). The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area features an indoor fireplace, two couches, two armchairs, and board games. The spacious kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample prep space, and counter seating for four. The dining table seats six. The casita provides a separate living space and full kitchen for added privacy and flexibility.

Two external security cameras are on the property: one at the front doorbell monitoring the walkway and street view, and one at the back of the house by the laundry room monitoring the rear entry.

Downtown Palm Springs is a quick drive away, home to vintage boutiques, chic restaurants, art galleries, and the largest collection of preserved mid-century modern architecture in the world. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway offers mountain access and panoramic desert views. Hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails surround the area. Cruise the palm-lined streets by bike or stroll to neighborhood cafes and spas.
Getting Around:
Downtown Palm Springs is a 5-minute drive. Palm Springs International Airport is 10 minutes away. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is a 15-minute drive into the mountains. Highway 111 runs through the heart of Palm Springs, connecting you to the Coachella Valley and beyond.
