Located just north of downtown, this rental keeps you close to the best of Palm Springs.

Travel 3 miles to the heart of town to browse boutiques, dine out, or visit the Palm Springs Art Museum.

Admire the unique landscape at the Moorten Botanical Gardens (4 miles) or take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (5 miles).

Golfers will appreciate being just 6 miles from professional-grade courses like Cimarron, Escena, and Desert Princess.

There are multiple casinos nearby - the closest is just 3 miles away. The Indian Canyon and Tahquitz Canyon offer beautiful hiking trails with waterfalls, less than 5 miles from the house.

THINGS TO KNOW:
- Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
- The property allows 2 vehicles - one in the driveway and one in the garage
- Your booking charges will NOT include your optional pool heat fee of $80 per night (3 Night Minimum). If you would like to include this in your stay, this fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in. Please note taxes and processing fees apply.

This was our first time using Vrbo and it did not disappoint! The location of this house was perfect. It's close enough to the shops and restaurants in Palm Springs. The description of everything is very accurate. The property owners are very quick to respond to requests as well. Highly recommend and we'd definitely stay again!

Water pressure was terrible including hot water problems when showering. Had Mgmt company come over twice to work on water flow.Locks on sliding doors hard to operate and sliding tracks not clean.Outside gates broken.Unit built in 1982 with no majoir upgrades that we could see. We rent many times on VRBO and this unit from an upgrade standpoint was the most disappointing including furniture.Master bedroom sheets were not even fitted - we went out and bought sheets.We also bought and left a new coffee pot.Loved the location but feel price we paid was in excess of value.Pool deck needs power washing.Thanks. Fantastic property! Very quiet neighborhood and really enjoyed our time there. The amenities were good, and communication was great. We had a wonderful time and we would definitely stay at this property again! Everything we needed was close by (grocery store, etc.) and the neighborhood was tranquil and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were great! Thank you!

This property has a known hot water heating issue that needs to be fixed. Had to take a cold shower the first night. Contacted Sunny Days - We had to run water, go to the water heater or electrical box and flip switches to get hot water. It was apparent from the responses from Sunny Days personnel that this is known issue. Unacceptable. The property overall is rather dirty, cabinets, counters had tiny ants that got into our food, outside furniture was really dirty. One guest bed had a few hairs under the covers. Refrigerator took more than a day to cool down, ice maker doesn't work. Limited privacy in rooms, including primary bathroom, as there aren't many window coverings. Towels were clean and fluffy and seemed newer. Location is good for downtown Palm Springs. I could not recommend this property.

The property was clean and was as shown in the pictures. Entering the property was easy. We enjoyed the amenities. The private pool was wonderful. There was a beautiful walking path and park behind the pool. It was convenient to downtown. I would definitely stay again.

We had such a great time. The house is not fancy but very nice and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or just have snacks. The bedrooms are a good size and the bed was comfy. The pool and hot tub was very important to me. We did pay to heat and it was worth it. We have stayed in many VRBO and this one is a gem. We will return … did have an issue getting in gate called the 800 number and it was my error but they were very friendly!! The only thing that I can say that wasn’t wonderful was the couch was really low and we are used to a bigger TV. Thank you we had a wonderful time!

Great Home, especially if you have a car

We are four friends, and the home suited us well- we didn't cook or hang out in the living room. All was clean and comfortable (no tissues, though). The pool and hot tub are great (definitely needed to pay for the heated pool); however, the pool/hot tub instructions are out of date. We had to Lyft everywhere because it is not close to downtown, so it might be better if you have a car. The managers were accommodating and responsive.

Our third time staying here!

We’ve stayed at this home before so we knew exactly what to expect! Clean, quiet and super private! Only a few minutes into the downtown area. The property management is extremely responsive and helpful as well.

The place is nice but when we arrived we noticed lots of dust in the house. Not good for allergies. The carpet seemed old and the inside seemed dated. Our issues with the jacuzzi were addressed but never resolved. After several visits from a technition the jacuzzi never warmed up.

Mgmt company is helpful and responsive. The A/C was broken on check in but they got it fixed same day. The photos of this house are borderline catfishing. Not quite but verrrrry flattering of a property that is in desperate need of an update. Everything is just… shabby, out of date and from the 90’s. The design of the home is quirky. The bathroom fixtures are wonky. The coffee cups are mostly all chipped. The hot tub worked well, the pool was clean. It’s a 10 minute drive to the main strip.

Great House!

Great layout, good AC, stocked kitchen, nice pool. Please check out the hornet/wasp nest in the bougainvillea bush next to the pool. Needs removal! A working ice maker in the fridge would be nice. Otherwise, all was great!!

Some issues but easily resolved

I have stayed at several other properties in the Sundance Community (operated by other property managers). It is a great location. Unlike other reviews, the people at Sunny Days were very easy to communicate with and very quick to reply and resolve some small issues like: the pool tech did not arrive on the scheduled day, but they made sure he was there the next morning since the pool did need cleaning after strong winds one night. There is was issue with hot water and the plumber we there the next day to resolve. Overall, even with these issues, it was a great stay. It seem that the property needs a solid walk through to bring it up to standards where such repairs are not necessary. New carpets have been installed, the main bed was very comfortable. It is true that the couch is dated and needs replacement and the ice maker is not working. With some attention, this can be a very great place to stay.

Property not managed well.

When we arrived there was no Wi-fi. However as I’m a bit tech savvy I managed to figure it out and fixed it before calling the property manager. We decided to check the pool and it was freezing despite the fact that we paid for heating in advance. The pool instructions do not much the actual system in place. We figured it out but took us 30-45 minutes to operate the pool. The garage door keys do not match the lock so we had no access to the washer and dryer and the property manager never sent the keys. Lastly, we found lots of mouse droppings in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I thought it was old until the mouse ran between my legs the morning we checked out.

Woefully out of date instructions

The place is nice. The Management company was not so much. The instructions for the place were woefully out of date. The Spa instructions were NOTHING what they were supposed to be. The instructions listed very complicated instructions to use the spa. The instructions stated that we needed to go to the pool filter and look for a yellow box which didn't exist and to turn valves in the ground next to the spa which didn't exist. The spa was upgraded with a remote control but no one bothered to update the instructions. Very confusing. The instructions also listed a Wi-Fi network that didn't exist. And when I called the management company to ask about it, they said they would call me back and never did. Again the place was nice but the Sunny Days management company was not very helpful. I would NOT recomment Sunny Days management company.

Garage lock

Couldn't open garage lock for 10 min. Called for help. They told me someone will call me and will come to take a look. No one did. Very beautiful neighborhood. Place itself needs improvement. Furniture is old. But overall we really enjoyed.

Nice home, great for family
