THINGS TO KNOW:
-Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
-Pool Heat is an optional fee to be paid after booking. One day notification is required in order to heat the pool, a fee of $95 per day with a 3 day minimum will be required to turn on pool heat.
