The space

We take pride in maintaining our properties with care and providing quick, reliable communication from booking through departure. our home is equipped for longer stays with reliable Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, laundry room, and comfortable spaces to relax or work. Our goal is to create a stay that feels relaxing, private, and memorable for every guest.

Living Room: Features a striking double-sided fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sliding glass doors that open to the patio and backyard. Watch your favorite TV shows on the 75" smart TV with complimentary access to Hulu, Disney+, ESPN, & HBO Max. The Sonos Sound System will give movies a more immersive audio experience or let music fill the living space and kitchen. An in-home iPad allows you to control the Sonos sound system as well as the pool and spa.


Dining Room: Dine next to the unique double-sided fireplace at the spacious dining table with seating for 8 people. Three additional seats available at the adjacent kitchen island.


Kitchen: Features modern stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with filtered water, freezer with ice maker, gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, air fryer, and an island with seating for 3 people. Guests will enjoy a dedicated coffee bar with a classic coffee maker, Nespresso machine, flavored syrups, coffee, & tea. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, plates, glassware, and utensils, including kid-friendly cups and utensils so you'll have everything you need for meals at home.


Bedroom 1: The primary suite offers a king size bed with large smart TV. Enjoy year-round comfort with the ceiling fan and new mini split AC unit. A sliding glass door opens directly to the backyard covered patio, pool, and spa. The ensuite bathroom features soaking tub and stand alone shower, while the walk-in closet provides plenty of storage with hangers and shelving for a long stay.


Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a plush king size bed for a restful night's sleep, complemented by a ceiling fan to keep the space cool and comfortable. A closet with hangers, built-in drawers, and suitcase rack, provides plenty of storage.


Bedroom 3: This bedroom offers two comfortable double beds and plenty of storage with a mirrored closet and dresser for clothing. The ceiling fan keeps the room cool and airy.


Bedroom 4: This bedroom includes a queen size bed, a large closet with hangers, and a dresser for clothing. A fan with remote control ensures customizable comfort throughout your stay.

* Each bedroom is mindfully styled and appointed with two Turkish cotton bathrobes.


Bathrooms: Each bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels, hand soap, lotion, makeup-removing wipes, and all the essentials. You'll also find a hairdryer and premium toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bar soap.


Outdoor Space: Step outside to your own private desert oasis, featuring a sparkling saltwater pool and spa (see additional notes for heating details.) Relax on six lounge chairs, sway in one of the hanging swing chairs, or gather on the sectional sofa in the outdoor living area. A covered patio with a dining table for eight makes alfresco meals a breeze, while the fire pit with seating for six sets the stage for cozy evenings under the stars. For endless fun, enjoy the bocce ball court, cornhole set, and life-size Connect Four game. Cotton pool towels, floats, umbrellas for shade, a retro icebox for chilled drinks, and a natural gas BBQ complete the perfect backyard experience.

Laundry Room: Equipped with a washer and dryer, along with laundry detergent to make longer stays more convenient. You'll also find an ironing board and iron, a full-size garment steamer, and basic cleaning tools including vacuum and mop.


Garage: The newly remodeled garage features epoxy floors and space to park one vehicle, with room for two additional vehicles in the driveway. For peace of mind, an emergency kit stocked with food, water, and essentials is also provided.

Families traveling with young children will find added convenience with a pack-n-play crib (complete with padded mattress and waterproof sheets) as well as a highchair.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and backyard

Additional Notes:

Pool and/or Spa heat: A utility deposit of $1,500 is collected prior to your stay which goes toward to cost of the gas bill. After check out we will provide a copy of the bill and refund the unused funds (if necessary.) Deposit must be paid in full prior to check-in.

Pet Policy: one medium/large dog OR two small dogs allowed with a fee of $250.
Fee will be applied when you add a pet to your reservation.
Dogs must be well behaved and house trained. Please pick up after your pet.

Housekeeping: We recommend a mid-stay cleaning, which may be coordinated directly with our housekeeper.

EV charging outlet provided and complimentary charging available for one vehicle. Charging cables are not provided.

For security of the property and safety of our guests, a Ring doorbell is installed at the front door as well as a camera above the garage door, facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the house or backyard.

Rental Agreement: All guests must sign a rental agreement. It must be signed and submitted two weeks prior to check-in.
